I came in ordered 8 chicken tenders with fries & asked 3 times if the stuff was made fresh. The chicken came fresh & nice but the fries were cold & stale. I told the counter they kinda lied but they didn't care. Even though when I asked them they assured me it was fresh.

Loved the branding, & tonight was the night I was going to try it out. Honestly extremely disappointed from the start to the end it was ridiculous. The food wasn't even fresh, cold chicken & honestly I get the concept, but work on the product, & the customer experience.

I had an amazing experience at this place The chicken was cooked to perfection-juicy, flavorful, & with just the right amount of seasoning. The sides were fresh & delicious, & the portions were generous. The staff were friendly & attentive, & the atmosphere was cozy & welcoming. Whether you're craving fried, grilled, or roasted chicken, this place has it all. I'll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!" & Thank you John for the good service.

Seeing the nice graphics on the wall & the cool branding I would expect a fresh meal & crispy fries but instead I get an old bun & soggy/chewy fries. A bit disappointed as I was looking forward to try this place for a while.

The most wonderful service experience I've ever had! I had forgotten to order something in my UberEats order & called to inquire. The person on the other end was incredibly kind & polite, going above & beyond to ensure my order was complete. This has become my boyfriend's go-to spot whenever he flies in from the States, & for good reason. The food is consistently fresh & delicious. Highly recommended!
