Can't get enough of jack flat bbq. This time, I tried another hidden menu item. Smash burger poutine. It's literally what it says. Take a smash burger without the bread & put it on a poutine. It was good! I don't like mayo (or that type of sauce) in a poutine though so because of that I didn't like it as much as the Mac tex poutine but it was still good. As always, I always overeat when I come here because I want to try everything (& I never succeed to try everything cause there's just so much to try). Buffalo chicken wings are very good & the pop corn Nashville chicken pair so good with them. & the smash burger double cheese bacon. I would says it's one, if not the best burger I ever eat. It seems small, but it's filling. I'm a burger person, I do judge a place by there burger. Rare I go somewhere that serve burger & don't take it (specially on my first go). & jack flat is just in another category. Now don't get me wrong, it's not gourmet style burger (& I hate gourmet burger anyway, I don't want a fancy burger that cost 50$ because the chef drizzle gold on it, I want a burger that taste wonderful). This is a true backyard bbq burger that is perfectly season, perfectly cooked, perrectly smokes, perfect all the way. Just enough fat so it's tasty like it should. I ate in the past the poutine Mac tex. This is my normal go to. It's a Mac tex Mac & cheese on top of a poutine with brisket. It's just amazing. I took also the cheddar saucage as a starter plate. It's per serving so the price is for 1 saucage. It was very good. Oh & did I talked about the two homemade bbq sauce that's available directly at the table next to the ketchup & red-hot? These things are marvelous. Paired with any meat, you can't go wrong. I had people with me that never put any sauce just going back for more. If these sauce were available in grocery store, it would always be sold out. The place is crowded, specially on Friday & Saturday but I don't think there's a night that this place is not jammed packed. I've tried various day & it'd always very busy, & it's not for nothing, you want to come back. Friday & Saturday, you can make reservation for less than 4 if you call but places do go fast. You can try walk in but be prepare for a wait. I already waited 2h30 for a table on a Saturday night. I was prepare to wait, I wanted to eat here, I didn't made a reservation so I knew that walking at 7pm was a mistake. But it was worth the wait. The service is phenomenal. They will guide you, help you, be very friendly, it's just good to be there. Oh, you can also request a tour of the smoker, it's free & very nice to see, smell & learned how the amazing food is done. There is special food each night which can be smoke meat, tomahawk, ribs, etc. & the ambiance is just a fresh different VS all other place. It's not a sports bar, it's not a pub, it's like a retro country club with a small arcade on top. The music is all country / cowboy style, often music I never heard before but just very good. There's tv if you want to look at sport event. They will put stuff like NHL games, NFL, etc. But mainly it played the video clip of the playing soundtrack. Wait, there's more. More? Yes! Nearly each night, there's an event. Karaoke? Country dance? Dance classes? Name it! Highly suggest going on their Facebook page & Instagram cause this is where they announce every event & also, every hidden item. Hidden item? Yes, there's many offering that aren't on the menu like the popcorn Nashville chicken, the wings, smash burger poutine (looks like my tonight order!) & more. You're craving meat? Smoked meat? Bbq meat? Burger? Chicken? Poutine? Anything related to that? Like some company would say just do it, it's jack flat or nothing!
J'ai passé une très belle expérience culinaire & social! Très bon service de Romy & sans parler de la musique 100% & très bonne prestation musicale live + les danses en ligne👌🏻

The food was mediocre at best. Not much smoked flavor. The meat was served on the cold side. We placed our order & not even 10 minutes later we had our plates. Everything was cold. Thankfully the drinks were good. Music is very loud, you can't have a decent conversation without yelling. Great place for drinks & partying. Interesting vibe if you are into country. Nice decor. But def would not return for the food.
Atmosphère was decent but they started blasting music extremely loud ad if we were in a club. We waited an extremely long time for our food which eventually came out cold. When I brought this up to our waitress she simply replied with "I can microwave it for you if you'd like". I told her no & asked to comp my meal because why would I pay over 100$ for microwaved food. She did not want to & said she'd get me another plate. Either she brought me the same plate or they had problems with their kitchen that day but it was still cold when the second plate arrived. At that point we had waited over an hour & a half for the food & since we were extremely hungry we just told her to microwave it. When the bill came in asked for a discount for the inconvenience & nothing was done about it. I do not like not tipping as I know some waitresses live off tips, but I paid, left zero tip & I'm never planning on coming back. Sad to see that this place is overhyped & a huge disappointment as I heard so many good comments about it & it was a total let down.
If your into country music then this is the place for you but if you're not really into it it's a bit overwhelming. The burger was ok a bit charred but I found it exspensive & for that reason I gave it 3*
I really enjoyed the food & the ambiance. Fun & eclectic theme. The music could be turned down though, the restaurant had just opened & we were 1 of 3 tables & I still had to yell to be heard. Also, it would be preferable if you had descriptions for what the burgers are on the menu. I really hate to waste the servers time asking her to describe the food. (Could also be a potential allergy hazard) & maybe I'm living in the early 2000s in my mind but I miss the old days when fries were included in the $20 burger I was buying.

Music at point was too loud. I got multiple notices on my watch the noise level was beyond acceptable. Hard to talk to anyone at my table. There should have been a break for a while to give us some time to adjust to normal sound levels.

Good service & Food was really good (although a bit pricy for the side dishes). Music is a little too loud & the website mentions an arcade, but you have to pay a dollar to use it & there's a table right next to it so you don't really want to bother people.
We really enjoyed the food. The brisket, the pork belly, the turkey, the fries, the Smashburger, the various sauces, & the sides were very tasty & satisfying. We even ordered extras, we couldn't get enough! That being said, the music is very very loud, uncomfortably so, which makes it next to impossible to have any sort of conversation, which detracts from the experience. I understand our group was a little older than the target demographic, but unfortunately, we will not be going back. The service was very good & the staff was friendly pleasant & accommodating. Too bad, because we would like to explore the menu further!
Fun times! The music was a bit too loud (we had chosen a Thursday night, less busy) however food was great, abundant, service was good & the decor is fun! We'll come back for sure!

We were clearly not the demographic they wanted to serve. Predominately groups that eat until they are full, while we came for a quick dinner after work. The music was too loud. The waitresses only catered to the bigger tables ordering multiple rounds of drinks.
Absolutely adored the country music & cowboy waiters! Food was amazing also! Sang along all night & had a great birthday dinner! 12/10 recommend & will definitely go back soon!
The place was great , Felix our waiter was A+ . The queso hot dog was amazing ! Wasn't fond of the cole slaw nor the cauliflower . It could use a review on the recipe . Other than that , great vibe & music & the drinks were fun .
