Our smoker, made here in Quebec, will leave no one indifferent. It is custom-made for our family dining room. This smoker will add a distinctive aroma, color, and texture to all our meats. JackFlat is a smoking place that smells so good! A fun place with a large arcade room.

Le samedi 27 juin, je me suis rendu au restaurant Jack Flat où j'ai malheureusement vécu un petit problème lié à un parasol, ce qui a rendu notre souper plutôt désagréable.

J'ai demandé à parler au gérant. Bien qu'il ait été très occupé, il est tout de même venu nous rencontrer environ 20 à 25 minutes plus tard. À ce moment-là, nous avions déjà terminé notre repas & le problème survenu pendant le souper n'avait donc pas pu être réglé sur-le-champ.

Lorsque le gérant est arrivé, nous lui avons expliqué la situation. Je ne souhaite pas entrer dans les détails du problème, mais je tiens surtout à souligner la qualité de son service. Il s'agissait d'un jeune gérant dont je n'ai malheureusement pas retenu le nom, mais il a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme, de courtoisie & d'une excellente attitude.

Je tiens à le remercier sincèrement pour la façon dont il a pris en charge la situation & pour la résolution du problème. C'est un excellent gérant & je tiens à féliciter le restaurant Jack Flat de l'avoir dans son équipe.

Food was mid & served cold. Really not worth the price. Gave it a shot & ordered the cowboy for 2 with extras on the side.

Place is nice & the terasse was nice but unfotunately, the food did not impress.
