La meilleure poutine que j'ai mangée au Québec, sans hésitation! Elle est tout simplement incroyable.

Mais ce qui mérite tout autant d'être souligné, c'est le service à la clientèle. Une erreur s'était glissée dans ma commande &, honnêtement, en 2026, on dirait que c'est devenu rare de tomber sur un service aussi humain. La personne au téléphone m'a transférée à son gérant, & j'ai été impressionnée par sa bienveillance, sa politesse & son professionnalisme. Il a réglé la situation avec beaucoup de douceur & un réel souci de satisfaire le client.

Des erreurs, ça peut arriver partout. Ce qui fait toute la différence, c'est la façon dont elles sont gérées. & ici, c'était exemplaire.

Merci pour cette belle expérience. Je vais continuer à revenir, autant pour la poutine que pour la qualité du service

We chose this restaurant based on the great Google reviews, so we expected a better experience.

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the ratings. The French fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. We also found the menu confusing-items like Menu Rodeo, Menu Ranch, & Menu Cowboy don't explain what's actually included.

When we asked, the waitress repeatedly told us the menu was'for 2 people' (we were already two 😅), but couldn't explain what each option contained. It would be much easier if the menu simply listed what's included.

Hopefully this can be improved, as clearer menus & better food quality would make a big difference.

Souper avec mon fils , nous avons pris deux smash burger , 1 frite & une salade. Le service fut chaleureux & incroyablement rapide pour un samedi soir car le resto etait plein a craquer. Côté bouffe , les 2 burgers 10/10 tres bon ! La salade aussi exquise !! Seule bémole la frite nous avons un reçu un moton de patate molle dégueulasse !! J'ai enlevé 1 étoile pour ça sinon c'était un five stars assuré !!! Vaut la peine d'être essayé ! Bravo aux employés , je les voyaient travailler & c'était admirable !
