This place makes you feel as if you had taken a plane down to Texas, including the famous southern hospitality. We even got a tour of the fumoir. As one enters the decor gets you in the mood. The aroma of the food is enebriating. But once you get served the magic starts for real. The ribs, the pork belly, the brisket, oh the brisket!!! Everything is so masterfully cooked. The meats melt in your mouth 😋😋😋 I think our family has found our new favorite spot. Highly recommended!

Écoeurant! Bon service, bonne bouffe! Seul bémol, la viande était tiède mais tellement gouteuse que c'était pas grave. Give Francis a raise, 10/10 pour son service!
