From someone who's worked in restaurants for many years being seated right next to the kitchen is my favourite. The amount of cross contamination I saw with people on the line who were not switching their gloves & opening the fridges & then their hands going right back into the food they're about to serve, not a good look. One person on the line with her earphone in, don't know what kind of kitchen has that. Won't be able to hear your coworkers talking & just a bad look in general. The one guy who put fries in his mouth & his fingers in his mouth with it & then right to plating food. Seemed like too many cooks in that kitchen if they were able to lean on the fridges & chat while we were waiting for our food. Overall food is quite mediocre for the price & then you add the unhygienic tendencies & unprofessionalism I was seeing in the kitchen. Won't be returning.

Bonne ambiance western cowboys. La qualité de la viande est excellente. Je recommande le "combo" Rodéo ou Ranch afin de pouvoir goûter à un peu de tout. Le prix varie entre 49$ & 59$ par personne. Je recommande surtout pour ceux & celles qui aiment l'ambiance country.

The food was brilliant. My thanks to the pitmaster. Ambiance is lovely. The only bad part is that's a restaurant that will attract big boys like me & you need a little more circulating room if only for your servers.

Waiters & waitresses were excellent. We were a group of 21 & no ones had to wait long for asking for something. Food was really good & also drinks. Around 10pm, there were people dancing on country musics.

Très belle place décor western festif ambiance cool réservé il y a 2 jour moi ma femme & mes 2 enfants , mon p'tit de 8 a pris macaronis au fromage à peine fondu & très très peu de goût , ma fille 12 ailes de poulet , basic rien de fou , ma femme smachburger fromage bacon très mince en quantité , la viande & bonne mes rien en surprise , & moi le smachburger chili arriver tiède , en totale désordre , aucune surprise & éclatade dans ma bouche oui viande bonne thats it , à oui à la commande on & rester surpris les frite ou les autre condiments sont en supplément mdr la meilleur de la soirée celle la . Appâter par les pub l'histoire de la place style us , très déçu préfère largement aller à la belle & la boeuf , mieux servie & plus de surprise au palais , vraiment dommage par rapport au travaille fait de l'ambiance de l'endroit . Première dernière . Résultat 130$ avec tips 2 liqueur enfants & une vodka Light & Rome Light lol , encore faim & déçu .

Absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is joyful & fun, & how could it not be! It is a challenge to stop yourself from eating a whole cow once the plates arrive! Cannot recommend it enough, I will certainly go back!

That was a big surprise !! That atmosphere makes any night perfect !! Beautiful & happy people dressing boots & hats , great food, gigantic portions, & cold beer. I recommend nachos with briskets. The service is also good. Live bands. I have a complaint....I miss people in my age, over 50th....the youngs are taking too much space . Still.....I loved this place
