personnellement j'y suis aller qu'une seul fois mais je peux dire que le service a pas été super .il manquait des article même après leur avoir signaler Jai du me lever & aller leur rappeler qu'il manquai toujours des article commander. il ont fini par nous l'apportez & nous on offert de ne pas payer pour leur erreur.ca été apprécier. les portion était bonne la nourriture aussi l'ambiance super .
Malheureusement la bouffe était sèche & pourtant je suis amateur de brisket, arrivé à 18 heures en famille & 18 h 45 je payais déjà pas eu trop le temps d'apprécier nos drinks, peut-être une mauvaise journée
Nice ambiance friendly staffs. The brisket was exceptional, it was perfectly smoked, juicy & packed with flavor. The St. Louis cut pork ribs were incredibly tender & literally melted in the mouth. On the other hand, the smoked turkey was a bit dry. Overall the meal was a true indulgence.
I dunno how Google knew I went there.
It is good old meat shop similar to brisket food trucks you see in LA. JFB is a typical centropolis vibe, vibrant, loud, lots of peeps. Unfortunately I did not take photos, next time I'll certainly do.
10/10 experience, we felt like we were in Texas!! They have such high quality meats, tender & juicy. Staff was super nice & welcoming, can't wait to go back.

La bouffe est bonne & l'ambiance du mardi danse en ligne est juste incroyable! L'animateur nous met en confiance & on adore apprendre des nouvelles danses.
We were a group of 5 people & we were recommended to go for the Ranch Menu (59$/person) which gets you a shared platter with all the variety of meats & a shared platter with all of the sides. The meats are all really great. The highlights are definitely the brisket & pork belly. Incredibly tender & flavorful. For the sides, the best ones are the mac & cheese & the fries. The amount of food that comes with the Ranch Menu is more than enough for any appetite. But there is also the option to get theKing Ranch Menu which adds a smash burger per person for 10$.
The service was great. The vibes in the restaurant are also fantastic with Texas Ranch style decor. Plenty of screens to watch sports too.
The price for the dinner came out to 85$ per person with tip (with one diet coke).
All things considered, it was a great experience & I recommend to all BBQ enthusiasts!
Nous avons pris les plateaux & je peut vous dire que vous avez pas besoin de sauce, cest juste trop bon! Trop tasty! Jai tellement manger! C'est pas une place de mangeux de salade haha & loin de la! Pour vrai aller-y, sa vaux la peine! Ce que tu mange pas tu peut le take out! Coup de coeur pour moi, la dinde fumé & le porc belly...MY GOD j'en mangerais pour déjeuner tellement que cest bon mais toute est bon, le porc effiloché pui le Mac & cheese jesus christ 🤤🤤🤤! Je recommande!
for Philippe's 26th Birthday was definitely a Blast, honestly I really enjoyed the Briskets with the side of French Fries, it was a great dinner & of course the Oreo Cake was definitely amazing & I love it😍😍😍

Super resto, belle ambiance! très cool d'incorporer la danse parmis les gens qui soupe, en plus Miguel avec les Cowboy Barbu il chauffe le dansefloor! À conseillé!
Très belle soirée passée auprès du serveur Miguel. Il était très sympathique & dynamique. La nourriture était délicieuse & l'ambiance chaleureuse. Le service des repas fut très rapide, nous avions jamais vu cela. À ma prochaine visite, je demanderai Miguel sans hésiter !!
