Beaucoup trop bruyant. Je n'entendais même pas les personnes assisent devant, je devais me pencher pour les entendre. J'étais assis sur un coin d'allée, les serveurs m'accrochaient sans arrêt. Oui, ils s'excusaient, mais ça s'est reproduit toute la soirée. Je suis très déçu de cette première expérience.
Les portions de viandes étaient trop petite pour le prix selon moi. BEAUCOUP trop de poivre sur les côtes (st-louis). Le brisket était sec. Le porkbelly était très bon.
Pour une première expérience c'était parfait mais j'aurais aimé savoir que les réservations ne dépassent pas les 2h30 nous avons été surpris de devoir quitter...
Un méchant bon service de la part de ma serveuse dénommée Mégane & William C. qui a assisté. L'expérience était incroyable, le vendredi danse en ligne bonne idée! La bouffe était excellente. Merci Mégane pour les conseils & l'expérience unique.
Très mauvais service de la dite gérante. La gérante, soir La femme blonde parlait au cellulaire & sortait du restaurant sans venir nous voir... c'est son collègue cowboy qui est venu nous desservir en nous faisant comprendre que le service n'est pas le fort de cette dite gérante... Malgré tout, le cowboy a bien rattrapé le service. Bref assez déçu du service pour notre première expérience. Toutefois la nourriture était très bonne.
Atmosphère was decent but they started blasting music extremely loud ad if we were in a club. We waited an extremely long time for our food which eventually came out cold. When I brought this up to our waitress she simply replied with "I can microwave it for you if you'd like". I told her no & asked to comp my meal because why would I pay over 100$ for microwaved food. She did not want to & said she'd get me another plate. Either she brought me the same plate or they had problems with their kitchen that day but it was still cold when the second plate arrived. At that point we had waited over an hour & a half for the food & since we were extremely hungry we just told her to microwave it. When the bill came in asked for a discount for the inconvenience & nothing was done about it. I do not like not tipping as I know some waitresses live off tips, but I paid, left zero tip & I'm never planning on coming back. Sad to see that this place is overhyped & a huge disappointment as I heard so many good comments about it & it was a total let down.

If your into country music then this is the place for you but if you're not really into it it's a bit overwhelming. The burger was ok a bit charred but I found it exspensive & for that reason I gave it 3*
I been there around 3 times before & I decided to go there for my birthday. I booked for 8 persons a saturday & it was an amazing experience for me & my family. There was so much food we couldnt believe it. We picked the jackflat plater(?) that was 59$ per person & honestly it felt like the food was worth 90$ per person if we look at the quality/quantity ( a lot of takeout after lol ) all the meats & sides were delicious. ( the briskets & mac&cheese were my favorite ). The service is great as well. The only thing id "warn" people about is that it gets kind of loud after 6-7 ish but we were expecting it since it was a saturday evening so we were expecting it. 🔥
Un super resto avec un bel ambiance mais la chaleur extrême du restaurant rendait l'expérience moins agréable. Je suis frileuse & même assis j'avais vraiment chaud. Ce qui m'a empêcher de manger car on devient inconfortable. & quand on a voulu danser la chaleur était vraiment désagréable. & nous n'étions pas capable de boire nos boissons on voulait de l'eau. Donc ça vous empêches de vendre. Mais un super endroit
