Le seul point que je dirais ce quil manque de place pour la danse mais c'est tout.

ADRIANA gave us the authentic Texan experience. We all took the Ranch platter & I think that's the best way to go. You get a little bit of everything. We are definitely coming back for this authentic American experience. Thank you Adriana

Il faut absolument réserver & bien à l avance . La nourriture arrive très ( trop ) vite . Ils te donnent 2 h . C est très bon . Conseil prenez plat partage de viande vous avez un peu de tout & c est excellent. Les burgers & autres viennent sans accompagnement. Il faut commander à part . Le brisket est de loin notre favori . Les drinks sont très bons . Bco de bruit mais c est le but aussi . Service rapide attentionnée. Endroit pour fêter donc grinchatds s abstenir . Nous reviendrons .
Je prends rarement le temps d'écrire des reviews, mais j'ai pas le choix dans ce cas-ci. Meilleur bouffe bbq que j'ai mangé au Québec & de loin. Vous devez absolument prendre les assiettes expérience.
On adore venir au Jack Flat! L'ambiance est toujours superbe, bonne bouffe, bons drinks & le service encore meilleur. Un gros merci à Mégane, notre serveuse & la gérante! On passe toujours des belles soirées. Merci à toute l'équipe!
Wow c'est vraiment une belle expérience! Les assiettes de viande sont immenses, on a même pu en rapporter à la maison. Les cocktails sont excellents(le shooter au jus de cornichon spécialement) & le service a été très bien.
Edit: j'ai réservé une autre fois pour un groupe & on nous a attribué la table à l'entrée. C'est un peu dommage, car on ne voit rien de l'ambiance à cause du bar qui coupe la vue sur la salle à manger. Il fallait attendre nos verres alors le service c'était moyen cette fois-ci. De plus, la musique était plus forte alors on ne s'entendait pas du tout parler.

Very loud crowd. You can barely order above the noise. Wait staff are prompt & courteous but too fast to flag down when you need something. I managed to get the attention of the one of the hostesses as she was seating some people next to me. Her reply was rude & uncaring'I'm not your server, you need to tell your server'. I asked her to find him & relay the message but she just walked away. They need better training. She should have said,'I'll get a server to come to you immediately'. He finally came & took care of our needs with polite professionalism. I felt sorry for him having to go up & down the stairs so often. Is is not possible to have a station upstairs for the small stuff? All in all, I may or may not come back. Nothing to write home about IMO. Prices were reasonable.
Super moist BBQ served quickly. Meat wasn't heavily smoked. We took the rodeo menu which wasn't worth the price & might I add that they don't serve you 1/2 lb of each protein as advertised. 3 thinly sliced turkey breast doesn't weigh 1/2 lb sorry. Neither does 3 strips of ribs the thickness of my pinky that was 2 inches long. Music got a little too loud after 9pm. Great ambiance. The mention of'monster portions of meat platters will be served' is slightly exaggerated. There was nothing monster portions about the platter we received. Stick to the a la carte menu & enjoy.
