First time at this type of restaurant, I was not expecting the interior to be decorated in such ways. The place is clean & the staff is really friendly. The waiter was made the effort to speak English to us despite his mild accent. The food was good, but nothing to impressing to make, & it was an interesting experience for the decor. The place is intriguing. This is more of a place to go have a casse-croute & have some drinks with friends. I would probably go back one day.
I went on a Saturday night without a reservation. We sat at the bar first to wait for a table outside since the inside was already reserved. The service by Claudie was amazing, super fast with the drinks & food. The country music was a plus, after we sat outside to eat & the line dance started, it was super fun. Next time I would make a reservation. The food was good, I had a brisket poutine (the brisket was a bit cold but the hot sauce went well so it didn't ruin my experience)

Sérieusement, le service a été excellent de la porte jusqu'à la table. Tout le monde est de bonne humeur & accueillant. Merci d'avoir pris le temps d'expliquer le concept du menu (idéal pour partager des gros plats à $49 par personne, sinon tout est à la carte avec choix d'accompagnement). Les drinks sont très variés avec un gros buck & tu peux partir avec. Facile pour réserver aussi. Le smash burger avec fromage & bacon était si délicieux (poutine classique en accompagnement). Le brisket était excellent aussi. Mention spéciale pour notre serveuse Maude - très gentille.
Great marketing food is way better in pictures, don't go past 8:30 or you risk having 3 menu options Not to mention Food was cold Cheap drinks Would consider trying again in awhile
When we first walked in the vibe & music of the place was amazing. Our poutine was ice old, the nachos were not even edible. The chips were stale, & it seemed like they used cheese whiz no salsa. The waiter brought us tomato sauce because they don't have salsa & my burger was extremely salty. If you're looking for a fun place to go drink go for it but I wouldn't recommend the food.

Bonjour, nous avons tenté l'expérience Jack Flat: La viande est excellente 😋 L'alcool, ça semble très bien! Les sauces sont excellentes 💯 La musique est BEAUCOUP trop forte pour entamer une discussion avec les gens à la table & le serveur ne comprenait ABSOLUMENT RIEN... (on ne s'attendait pas à un 5 services dans un restaurant plus sur la thématique country! Je vous rassure) Le service était cahotique, mais rapide après commande... On auraient pu vraiment sortir sans payé si on aurait pas attendu & demandé 3 fois pour payer chaque couple...(on étaient une douzaine) 😅 (On nous a mentionné que le serveur était nouveau, on peux comprendre, mais faut pas exagérer... il disparaissait) Son point positif : il a fait une bonne recommandation avec un drink. Points négatifs : il comprenait RIEN & nous a fait 2 factures séparées en nous disant qu'il pouvait pas refaire la facture en une... on lui a mentionné un nombre incalculable de fois en plus... on a été trop gentil de lui laisser son pourboire... mais en tant que serveuse, nous savons que c'est important de laisser un pourboire au minimum 15%... Petite recommandation : la viande sur les nachos serait meilleure chaude, au moins. 💯 L'ambiance est festive, les gens on l'air de bien s'amuser & la danse en ligne est une bonne idée, la piste de dance est à agrandir! C'est vraiment une idée intéressante. 😁 Il ne faut pas se faire avoir sur le fonctionnement du menu, il faut être bien renseigné! Les prix sont bons & à jour pour la viande selon moi. Malheureusement, je n'y retournerais pas à moins de pouvoir prendre en take-out. Nous avons manger la poutine & les nachos Brisket. À essayer au moins une fois même si vous aimé les restaurants plus calme.
Atmosphere is awesome ! Id come back for drinks beers some appetizers... to come for full blown bbq meal over priced for the quality & quantity its not had but not amazing.. really cool place for Laval . The $50 meal per person wasnnt worth it , especially a little thing of fries for 4 people to share lol makes no sense .. its fries ! St louis ribs were pretty good probably best thing i ate & the bees rib .. but the brisket wasnt good at all was over cooked or maybe was reheated 100% ! Brisket not supposed to be beige or grey gotta be pinky color on the red side this was dry & reheated. Would i come back? Yeah definitely gorgeous place drinks & bites for me . I think this place had potential with the food . Be more generous & give fresh thats all u gotta do , no cutting corners & thats what most restos are doing these days.
Review honnête. Réservation à 9h & on a attendu jusqu'à 9:30 avant de s'assoir. On s'est assis dehors. On a commandé les drinks qui goûtaient presque rien ... assez décevant. Ensuite toute la table avait hâte de goûter le poutine brisket... Encore une fois assez décevant: Presque aucune frite dans la poutine, trop de fromage & trop de brisket. La poutine était tellement salée que je ne pouvais plus la finir. 0/10 . Le burger par exemple était incroyable! Un des meilleurs burgers que j'ai mangé depuis très longtemps 10/10 !
It is such a great place! I loved the vibe in there & the stuff pretty friendly. Catherine was the best ever! Thank you for that drink eh! It was delightful

Grabbed the tex-mex poutine & Texas twinkes Also got a green horse (not pictured) There was a bit of extra floaties in the drink, which was maybe? Pulp, but the drink itself was okay but not really worth grabbing again. Sad because it sounded fun as a concept. The Texas twinkies were great, felt like it was maybe missing a little something to push it over to be amazing & balance out all the flavors. Tex mex poutine was superb though, solid poutine, great curds, fun ingredients.
Tres belle endroit le vibe est bien .Le plateau est tres bon petit point faible la nourriture était froid, les drinks pas les meilleurs & le service a revoit un bon 30 minute avant la prise des commandes des drinks
The food was mediocre at best. Not much smoked flavor. The meat was served on the cold side. We placed our order & not even 10 minutes later we had our plates. Everything was cold. Thankfully the drinks were good. Music is very loud, you can't have a decent conversation without yelling. Great place for drinks & partying. Interesting vibe if you are into country. Nice decor. But def would not return for the food.
Nous somme aller manger mardi le 13 février moi & mon copain nous avons fait 3h00 de route pour aller découvrir Jack Flat BBQ . Sincèrement nous avons jamais aussi bien manger dans un restaurant! L'accueil étais super l'ambiance la musique aussi. Le service était exemplaire , nous avions réserver a 6h & 6h15 nous avions déjà notre repas servis avec nos drinks ! Que dire de la nourriture c'était plus que parfait nous avons prit l'expérience Jack Flat menu rodéo & wowww succulent. Les amateurs de viande fumées vous aller vous régaler. Je recommande x1000

Simple the best place to go for smoked meat of all sorts. The ribs are off the hook. The staff is amazing. The owner Cedric does everything to make you evening memorable. Let's not forget there drinks are amazin & arround 10pm the place turns into a western dancing Saloon.

Le.serveur etait vraiment bien, il a bien explique le menu. Quand on a demande la portion des feves vertes, IL nous a dit que c'est vraiment des portions individually, alors on en a commande 2 portions. Une portion aurait suffit pour 3-4 personnes. A $8 la portion...
Les cotes levees....pas aime du tout. Ca goutait la viande bouillie roulette dans des epices a steak. Pas beaucoup de viande tres tres grasses. Portion individuelle de salad Cesar $9...ouf....les poutines bonnes, hamburger bon, $200 pour 4 personnes, un peu cher. 3 drinks $45, au moins ils etaient bons.
