I really enjoyed the food & the ambiance. Fun & eclectic theme. The music could be turned down though, the restaurant had just opened & we were 1 of 3 tables & I still had to yell to be heard. Also, it would be preferable if you had descriptions for what the burgers are on the menu. I really hate to waste the servers time asking her to describe the food. (Could also be a potential allergy hazard) & maybe I'm living in the early 2000s in my mind but I miss the old days when fries were included in the $20 burger I was buying.

D'habitude c'est toujours excellent hier c'était moyen & le menu pas a jour des chose inscrites que vous n'aviez pas & de la promotion sur Facebook pour un texas burger au poulet que ma femme voulait & qu'il n'était pas sur le menu

Great experience overall. Our server Will was excellent. Very attentive & answered all of our questions.

The meat, stuffed jalopeno & fries were cold, which I wasn't expecting, but the burger made up for it. It was delicious, hot & fresh.

Will visit again. Hopefully all the food can be served at a good temp.

Hi

You didn't have what I came for the Jack Flat hamburger because the mix was to salty as per your waiter , I had to the Cheese burger & that to was salty .

Bon burgers. Service sympathique mais la musique est trop forte. Il faut crier pour se parler. La terrasse l'été est probablement plus agréable.

Je viens d'essayer la nouveauté au Jack Flat, le Nashville Hot chikens & c'était le meilleur burger au poulet que j'ai mangé de ma vie.

Service sa coche aussi pis Twinkies en entrée toujours aussi bon!

I had high expectations but I left disappointed. The cocktails were great but all the food (burgers, fries, mac n cheese) was all served lukewarm which totally ruined the meal for myself & my family. Food needs to be served hot!
