I have eaten at over 50 BBQ restaurants throughout North America. Crappy BBQ, McRib has more flavor. When Jack Flat BBQ started it was great, now sadly because they're at a price point they cannot charge more, they have cheapened the quality. 1. Bread was stale 2 cheap ketchup not Heinz 3. Ribs had no flavor & hardly could taste any smoke, just a lot of salt. 4. French fries were not warm, just sitting in a pan, waiting to be served A disappointment & very expensive, I will not go back, now if you want great BBQ near Montreal go to Robbie's Smokehouse & Burger Bar, best BBQ in Quebec.
I recently dined at Jack Flat BBQ in Laval. The staff were friendly, & the atmosphere had good vibes, but unfortunately, the food was served cold, & even the fries weren't fresh. Overall, I hope they improve.

J'ignore pourquoi cet endroit fait autant fureur. On mange pratiquement froid, dans un endroit qui sent la boucane & dans lequel on ne s'entend pas pas parler. C'est cher pour pas grand chose de bon ou goûteux. Assez décevant niveau qualité. Les serveurs sont habillés en cowboy/cowgirl...non merci pour l'expérience BBQ Américain, j'ai déjà donné.
Awesome date night. Shared the assorted smoked meat platter with sides. Loved the ribs & homemade bbq sauces. We got to meet the owner & visit the huge smoker. He had us taste the best bite of bbq OMG! We now have to come back & eat the brisket on the bread topped with a pickle & some pickled onions! He took the time to answer all my newbie smoker owner husband's questions, that was above & beyond of him. The owner's passion for BBQ is contagious. Went yesterday for my friends birthday the place was packed! Great atmosphere & ambiance the only thing that got me a little disappointed was the speed of the service & the food. I ordered the brisket & mac & cheese the brisket was good but it was a little tough & it came cold... The mac & cheese was good also but there was nacho cheese on the top which in my opinion threw off the flavour completely & it was also too much going on way too heavy it was good for the first couple of bites but after it became a task to finish A little disappointing for the price as well. Why no corn bread? It's a Texas BBQ restaurant & we get a piece of toast with the meal why not actual corn bread? Lol
I recently had the pleasure of dining at jack flat BBQ & I must say, it was an absolute delight! The ambiance was cozy & inviting, the service was top-notch, & the food was simply outstanding. The crispy fries on the side were the perfect complement to the burger, The staff was friendly & attentive, making sure that my dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
This restaurant smells divine; the aroma of BBQ emanating from it was what led me to walk in. I opted for a table outside due to the nice weather, but the decor in their indoor dining room was so nice as well! To eat, I got a Cheese Bacon smash burger & my partner got a Mac'N'Four Cheeses. I also ordered a side of fries, because the burger comes on its own. In total, a burger & fries set me back $21, which is a bit pricey, but the food was absolutely delicious. The burger is juicy & the fries are well seasoned. The Mac tasted like the goldfish crackers to me, but my partner said It was very good & very cheesy. The wait isn't crazy at this restaurant, but you will be waiting 10-15 minutes from ordering until you get your food. The staff are super friendly! I can't wait to go back to this restaurant & try different things!
Enfin un restaurant de type bbq américain. L'ambiance est totalement différente, le staff vraiment le fun & les plateaux sont a la hauteur. Nous avons pris le menu rodéo, c'était vraiment excellent.

I recently tried the brisket at Jack Flat BBQ. The brisket was perfectly smoked, tender, & full of flavor. Each bite melted in my mouth, & the rich smoky taste left me craving for more. The portion size was generous, & the meat was incredibly juicy. The service was excellent, & the atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall experience. I highly recommend trying the brisket to anyone looking for a mouthwatering BBQ experience. I will definitely be returning for more!

Atmosphere is awesome ! Id come back for drinks beers some appetizers... to come for full blown bbq meal over priced for the quality & quantity its not had but not amazing.. really cool place for Laval . The $50 meal per person wasnnt worth it , especially a little thing of fries for 4 people to share lol makes no sense .. its fries ! St louis ribs were pretty good probably best thing i ate & the bees rib .. but the brisket wasnt good at all was over cooked or maybe was reheated 100% ! Brisket not supposed to be beige or grey gotta be pinky color on the red side this was dry & reheated. Would i come back? Yeah definitely gorgeous place drinks & bites for me . I think this place had potential with the food . Be more generous & give fresh thats all u gotta do , no cutting corners & thats what most restos are doing these days.
