Great restaurant! Visiting from out of town with the kids. Great drinks & food. First time time trying the loaded poutine & it did not disappoint. Chuck was our waiter & he was phenomenal! Excellent place to visit with the family!
I give this restaurant low star reviews because the quality of the food , the preparation of the food & the service is definitely not worth the price as a family of 4 & with a group of friends .
The chicken goat cheese wrap was packed with so much mayonnaise sauce that the tortilla was soggy underneath, the french fries had so much salt on them!!!
A friend of mine ordered the chicken parmigiana & when she asked the waitress for some cheese on top of her pasta the waitress said it already had some .
I think someone should tell the waitress that when pasta is served at any restaurant in Montreal they usually offer grated parmigiana cheese on top.

We ordered a hot brownie with ice cream & the brownie was cold & we told our waitress she simply said , ice cream is always served cold .. lol..lol
4 people we paid $200.00 , for that price it's better to head to your local supermarket & shop a weeks worth of food for your family & cook it to your liking .
We don't mind paying to go out & eat but this was a big disappointment for the whole group . We will definitely not be going back to this location again .
Good service from Zarah food good value , steak , pasta chicken 2 drinks 2 coffees 1 dessert all in 155. One issue cutlery not properly cleaned handles were sticky . Time to upgrade the dishwashers .also there were nat like fruit flies all around table
Jack Astor's never disappoints! The food & ambiance are always great, & we had the best host Charlotte, super friendly, attentive, & made our night even better, I spilled my drink & she was super patient with us & gave us a refill. Always a great experience here!
Service was slowwwwww & the restaurant was almost empty. The Waiter took 20 minutes just to get us the drink menu when we first arrived. Then another 20 mins to make our 2 drinks. Then another 30 mins to get our food... The actual food was good but nothing to write home about.
Been there 100s of times & will keep going. What makes this place one of the best is the staff , they're all great people. The plates of food are huge & the drinks are cheap compared to other places. Chris Gabriella & Tristan are amazing bartenders.

Nous y retournons pour notre prochain souper de staff (#Hachem) c'est garantie en espérant ravoir notre super serveuse Charlotte !!
Be cautious when checking the receipt. After having too much to drink, the waiter may try to trick you by inflating the prices when it's time to pay. I ordered the chicken truffle for $23, but they charged me $32 on the bill. I was with my friends business executives & felt too embarrassed to correct the price. I don't mind paying, but I expect honesty from this restaurant.
we came for dinner & drinks ahead of the charli xcx show at centre bell & we ended up having charlotte as our server! a super happy coincidence. the food was great (sauced up chicken fingers always) & charlotte made sure we had lots of fun & were hyped for the show. thanks for everything!!

First time there. Met my cousins for a quick lunch. It wasn't crowded at all. Our server, Sheena, was just the best & the cutest with her adorable dimples. I was driving, & she recommended some drinks that I would enjoy without alcohol. Will definitely come back.
First Timer. Plenty of parking around. Went there with no reservation, staffs were welcoming & found us a table even if it was heavily packed. There was a live DJ & atmosphere was really nice. As for food, the portions were really good except for the burger which was a lil bit smaller than average. Drinks also were okay. Nothing really stood out but overall a good experience. #recommended 👌
We've been there a couple of times. Pretty good music & ambiance. The drinks are always good. The service needs to upgrade a little bit more. The server never brought us water (even tho we asked her 2 times). We waited too long (15-20 min) just for 2 drinks & it wasn't even busy. My second drink looked like they took the same cup I used before without washing it! The food was cold when we we served after waiting for 35-40 min. The grilled cajun salmon was so small & thin I barely took 4 bites out of it & I still payed 30$! We asked to grill the steak RARE (50$) just to get it MEDIUM WELL done & cold fries. Wow. We told our waitress about it but we only got a 6$ out of our 200$ bill. The quality of food really lowered these past months unfortunately & the service too. Sometimes it's the small details that count even more. I recommend ordering the burgers & nachos.
