Never a bad experience at jack astors .. I had the goat cheese chicken wrap with sweet potato fries .. my mom had naked chicken tenders they were light & juicy tender ! My dad had the bruschetta appetizer so delicious .. Nikki was friendly & did a wonderful jo

I was with a group of people for someone's birthday. First of all they forgot my order & gave me my food when everyone else was finish eating.
Then my burger was burnt & over cooked.
I was so disappointed.
The waiter kept telling me he was alone in his section but it was only us in his section & 2 other people.
This happened January 19th, 2026 at 5:30 PM so you guys can go back & check who was working.
No apologies for giving me my food 20 minutes after everyone else WAS FINISH EATING BUT EXPECTED A 20% tip. Im so disappointed with the service & the quality of food.
The ambiance is always good & coloring on the table will always be fun.
I went to jacks with a friend tonight & the service was horrible. The server, Maria, came only to see us after we had been sitting for 20 minutes, it took 15 minutes for us to get our drinks after ordering them. The food took even longer. We didn't get water until we asked for them. All of our food was dry & over cooked. After getting our food I asked the runner for mayo, she rolls her eyes at me, sighs & walks away. When I ordered an other drink, it took her 20 minutes to get it after having reminded her twice she says'sorry I forgot'. Long story short not a great experience there. Keep in mind this is a Monday night with maybe 4 tables in the whole restaurant.
The Memphis steak was very good. Cooked perfectly. Our group ate at the bar. The bartender was very attentive even though he was busy. I would return the next time I am in the area. If you don't speak French, just ask for an English menu, they do have them.
Bruno is the best. We always love when he serves us! We've known Bruno for more than 12 yrs! Thanks again for your amazing hospitality. We love your friendliness!

Service was absolutely awful. Not a difficult order. It was simply chicken fingers & the wait ridiculous. It was a quiet night a lot of wait staff just getting things done. When we pointed out we still hadn't received our chicken fingers waitress said haven't you received them. When we said no, keep in mind she hadn't checked on us at any point, she blamed the kitchen. After we received them finally she never once checked on us until I asked for the bill.

Food was amazing aside from some minor complaints. We had Pad Thai, the buffalo blue crispy chicken sandwhich, & the smoke n BBQ sandwich. Nachos were good but way too salty. Smoke n BBQ sandwich tasted uniformly the same, like sauce & beef. Alright but would have preferred a slightly less melted palette. The shark attach soda drink was deliciously cute!
Being going to this place since I was little, really good burgers & chicken tenders, I feel like the fajitas got a little worse in quality, Elvis table is also a cool feature.
I go at least once a year, it's my favorite restaurant. Also kids love the booths & drawing on the table. I recommend going in person instead of delivery
