The Memphis steak was very good. Cooked perfectly. Our group ate at the bar. The bartender was very attentive even though he was busy. I would return the next time I am in the area. If you don't speak French, just ask for an English menu, they do have them.
Amazing restaurant! Great prices, generous portions, & truly delicious food. I had The eggnog Christmas drink, the coconut chicken curry now & a Christmas caramel dessert. The décor is impeccable. Ante was exceptionally attentive, & the manager was just as welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks a lot!
Le service offert par Éléonore a été remarquable du début à la fin. Professionnelle, attentive & toujours efficace, elle a su créer une expérience fluide & agréable. Sa courtoisie & son souci du détail démontrent un vrai sens du service. Il est rare de rencontrer un service aussi consistant, authentique & orienté vers la satisfaction du client. Je la recommande sans hésitation. On revient juste pour son service !
Thank you for your attentive service in the bar on Trivia Night, Abi. I have enjoyed coming to the Dorval Jack Astor's for over a decade now. We can always count on positive vibes & an entertaining gathering, whether for staff meetings for example, or family outings. Birthday parties have been a big blast, especially in the Elvis corner booth. My favourite item on the menu is still the Thai coconut curry chicken bowl.
We Had an amazing time tonight! our server Nicki was fast l, attentive & super sweet, always checking to see if we were satisfied with our food & drinks the entire night! 10/10

Dylan went out of his way to be attentive to my daughter, whose birthday it was, but she is shy. He accommodated her by quietly bringing her a brownie & made her feel extra special. He was quick to help us out & super friendly! One of the best servers we have had at Jacks in a long time!

We had an amazing time at Jack Astor's with our group of 15! Stacey who took our reservation & guided us through the process as well as our waiter, Ante, both went above & beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The service was friendly, attentive, & super accommodating-especially with the kids, who had an absolute blast! They even took care of our cake & brought it out at the perfect moment. The atmosphere was lively, the food was great, & the whole experience was seamless. We'd definitely book another party here again!
I just had dinner with two of my friends & I had a lovely experience. I was greeted by Nikki, who was kind & attentive, getting us whatever we asked. Our server Julia did an exceptional job making us feel welcome. We will definitely return!
