Amazing food & incredible service! They go above & beyond! Highly recommend the nachos & of course the tossed chicken fingers!!

The food was forgettable. I had fish tacos. They were essentially fish sticks on salad on flour tortillas. The beer menu had a few drafts beyond the usual megabrewery distributor list, but not much. The service was friendly & fast, but the acoustics are pretty bad with all the glass. The music plus the background din just felt noisy

Good food & drinks, prices are pretty high but quality is usually good.
This time I ordered the fried wonton nachos with tuna which were delicious & a cool twist on basic nachos!
Service is always good & friendly, you can’t go wrong with this place but it is a bit overpriced for what you get.

Had a great afternoon at the bar section for a few drinks The morning after my husband couldn't find his wallet & called Jack's to see if they found it there.
The guy who answered the phone took my husband's phone number & said he would check to see if they found it. They did a complete check & found nothing. I found the wallet at home, what a scare!!
Very pleasant staff & very helpful.

Today I went for the first time to celebrate my birthday at this restaurant. The service was a little slow ( short in staff). & honestly the food wasn't good. Chicken was salty, with no taste. Usually it should be marinated when is grilled. It felt i am eating boiled chicken. For the price I paid I didn't get the quality i expected. I was really disappointed for the food since it was my birthday. The only thing I liked was the drink. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Jack Astor's is one of my favorite places , its been a long time I haven't been there it's just came off my mind , when I asked my colleagues, to go there , they said ohh yaa , we have forgotten this place, the food is good , tge service is perfect, & fir birthdays & tiger occasions it's tge place, children love it , they can draw in the tables, I love thus place .

Went in last night with a group of friends to kick off football season & was really disappointed to be told that the TV system wasn't working. The only TVs that were on were three at the bar & the area around them had no space for us. Ended up having to go somewhere else.

Jack Astor's is an American style restaurant with the expected fare. I had the steak frites & garlic bread which was pretty good but expensive for what it is. We had the nachos beforehand which were super salty but good. Service was ok. Most of the staff seemed younger & less experienced. Overall it was a good visit.

Listennnnn....this jack Astor's has the most amazing cook! The food is always amazing 😍 I have tried to order at other branches but it's not the same. You can tell the cook loves his job & he deserves all the credit!! I'm a very picky eater when it comes to restaurants & they have not disappointed once!!

I have been to this Jack Astors for years & always super satisfied. For this reason, I put 4 stars instead of 3. This last time was different. Food was amazing, but the service was when it changed, starting with the quiet talking hostess (which was actually funny, cause none of us could hear what she was saying), the waiting staff forgot our utensils... twice, ordered drinks before our appetizers (as normal), received food at this point, it was the second request for utensils, & had to ask about our drinks. We will be back cause we always enjoy the food.
Note to owner: Why did you remove the fish & chips & fajitas from the menu?

1 lbs d'ailes de poulet (8 petite) ailes a presque 19$ qui viens sans les frites & que la serveuse ne me la pas dit quand j'ai commander ca avec la frite donc ca ma couter presque 5$ de plus pour une frites. Seulement les filets de poulet viennent avec les frites. Le menu porte vraiment a confusion car les deux sont dans la même section. Des ailes de poulets sans accompagnement devrais être considéré une entré & ne pas être dans la même catégorie que le poulet de jack. Deplus, j'ai du attendre environ 15 minute après avoir reçu mes ailes avant d'avoir ma frites. & pour l'ambiance & bien avoir du monde qui joue au beer pong dans un restaurant ca n'a pas ca place.

Went for business lunch on a Friday. Atmosphere is great, service is attentive & relatively fast. However I was disappointed in the food considering the prices being charged. $10 for a beer?, wings that end up costing $2 each? Sorry, but $50 for a burger & beer lunch is certainly outside my comfort zone.
