Thank you for your attentive service in the bar on Trivia Night, Abi. I have enjoyed coming to the Dorval Jack Astor's for over a decade now. We can always count on positive vibes & an entertaining gathering, whether for staff meetings for example, or family outings. Birthday parties have been a big blast, especially in the Elvis corner booth. My favourite item on the menu is still the Thai coconut curry chicken bowl.
Le service avait été un peu long & la musique trop forte, ce qui rendait l'ambiance un peu chaotique. J'avais commandé un poke bowl au poulet qui s'est révélé trop pimenté, alors que cela n'était pas indiqué sur la carte.
Cependant, après mon avis, le gérant du restaurant m'a contactée personnellement pour s'excuser. J'apprécie beaucoup ce geste & le professionnalisme de leur équipe.
Quin was WONDERFUL server for my daughter's 14th birthday!! Even got down on his knees when she lost her SIM card. 10/10 experience

We showed up with a group of 18 people without a reservation. The wait staff was extremely accommodating & very friendly. Enrico our server was wonderful! He was very friendly & did a great job! The food service was fast especially given the number of people in our party. I was beyond impressed with the overall service & Enrico specifically!

We went to Jack Astors on a whim after a Ballhockey day. No heads up, just showed up with 20 people. Not only did they get us seated together, service was fast, prompt & polite. Bills came & not a mistake. Massive shoutout. Food was amazing too. Enrico was awesome & if you get him, you're in amazing hands
