I had fish tacos & they were DELICIOUS, had some drinks, the table mat is paper & they give you crayons to draw lol its was my first time & I'll definitely be back great service too
I was taken by a friend for my birthday. Food was cooked perfectly, & the drinks were phenomenal. Portions were generous & delicious. Waitresses were friendly & attentive, not to mention absolutely gorgeous. Great music & plenty of TVs. Fabulous dinner & drinks that didn't break the bank.
I've been there a couple of times, & the food is always great, delicious as always. I usually get my all time Bloody ceasars but I got a little disappointed in my drink because it tasted more like diluted clamato juice, not much celery salt, & the topping was just meh. The other times were much better but I guess it depend who makes the drink! except for that, love the ambiance (more on the noisy side) it is busy like the waiters dont stop running. Good customer service though, the food... very very good. A nice place to celebrate birthdays or gather up with friends for a nice drinking night
This is an underrated place! It used to be just ok, but now it's much better. Good drinks, nice service & their mains are amazing! Try the truffle chicken or pasta, absolutely a must.
So my dad & I decided to have our monthly restaurant night recently & we decided to go to Jask Astors. We haven't gone there since the pandemic hit in 2020 so it's was about time we came back. We were expecting to have some good food there but we were pretty disappointed. Here is my breakdown on how rate everything. Food - ⭐️⭐️ We both ordered the Chicken Parmigiana from the menu. The meal consisted of a piece of chicken with tomato sauce & melted cheese on top & a side of pasta with cream & tomato sauces. The meal is very mediocre. Pasta was a bit under-seasoned & chicken felt like it was deep fried. Cheese was barely melted on said piece of chicken. If your expecting a more traditional style of "chicken parm" do not go here. Also note the price for the meal was $25 & it was a smaller portion than what you would see at other restaurants for the same price or for a little cheaper. Service - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our waitress was nice, respectful & understanding of our requests to improve our experience. No real complaints for the service. However, I am not giving the service 5 stars as it was not over & beyond, just your typical good service. Atmosphere - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The atmosphere was typical for Jask Astor's, no real complaints here aswell. However, it's does not help that the place was pretty empty when we went. In total: Food: ⭐️⭐️ Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Average rating 3.3333/5 (Rounded to ⭐️⭐️⭐️) Extra notes: I do not recommend going here for food here really. If your going out for some drinks, this place is not bad to go to. (Though drinks are a bit expensive here) They have a decent sized bar, plenty of TV's if you want to watch any sports games that are on.
Good food & drinks, prices are pretty high but quality is usually good.
This time I ordered the fried wonton nachos with tuna which were delicious & a cool twist on basic nachos!
Service is always good & friendly, you can’t go wrong with this place but it is a bit overpriced for what you get.

Had a great afternoon at the bar section for a few drinks The morning after my husband couldn't find his wallet & called Jack's to see if they found it there.
The guy who answered the phone took my husband's phone number & said he would check to see if they found it. They did a complete check & found nothing. I found the wallet at home, what a scare!!
Very pleasant staff & very helpful.
Today I went for the first time to celebrate my birthday at this restaurant. The service was a little slow ( short in staff). & honestly the food wasn't good. Chicken was salty, with no taste. Usually it should be marinated when is grilled. It felt i am eating boiled chicken. For the price I paid I didn't get the quality i expected. I was really disappointed for the food since it was my birthday. The only thing I liked was the drink. I don't recommend this restaurant.
I have been to this Jack Astors for years & always super satisfied. For this reason, I put 4 stars instead of 3. This last time was different. Food was amazing, but the service was when it changed, starting with the quiet talking hostess (which was actually funny, cause none of us could hear what she was saying), the waiting staff forgot our utensils... twice, ordered drinks before our appetizers (as normal), received food at this point, it was the second request for utensils, & had to ask about our drinks. We will be back cause we always enjoy the food.
Note to owner: Why did you remove the fish & chips & fajitas from the menu?
