Went there to celebrate a birthday dinner & it was very good food & service. Water came after the main course. But overall, it was a great service & food.

Ate at Jack Astors recently for a birthday. Had been a while since I ate there. I found the menu to be very basic & paired down from previous visits. Very disappointed to see the fajitas were removed. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken was delicious but the fries were very ordinary & too salty. The cheeseburger was delicious. The Hunter Chicken was a very generous portion. Be aware though, the sauce is spicy. The service was efficient & friendly. Although the server forgot to ask us if we wanted a dessert & jumped straight to bill.

Despite an issue with the alcohol order & pricing our server Asha was able to find the silver lining & make our dinner a pleasure.

Nikki was a wonderful server, polite, friendly & very careful about my many allergies. We really enjoyed our meal as well: delicious!!! Best burger I have had in a very long time.

The manager, Stacey, was also wonderful; she was very accommodating & came to our table several times to make sure that everything was perfect.

Thank you Nikki & Stacey, you made our last night in Montreal memorable.
