Hands down the worst food I've ever eaten at a restaurant. The ramen noodles were the mushiest noodles I have ever eaten & the mushrooms were soaked in some vinaigrette that was cold in hot soup. Took one bite & couldn't believe they would serve this.
Excellent service & great food.we sat at the counter & had ramen which was very good. The starters were very tasty as well. Staff were very good & it was a very nice atmosphere as well. The gyoza were good. Iru ramen was my favorite
Atmosphere was cool, neon lights & all. Although the ramen was pretty disappointing. It was completely missing any umami flavors. That being said, the appetizers were really good. It seems the restaurant doesn't specialize in ramen but more'tapas' style food.
My first time here was during lunchtime on a Friday with my dad. It wasn't too busy considering we were allowed to sit wherever we wanted. Loved the atmosphere & the shareable plates offered on the menu!! He ordered the ramen bowl & wasn't able to finish it given how large & generous the bowl was. I came back here a second time a few weeks later just to order the scallops again, they're my personal favorite 😊🍣
I went there once & the shotoribu & sake were amazing. Went another time & a quarter of the edamame were completely covered in salt & the rest had none on it. The ramen were among the worst I ate in Montreal. Expensive place so I would except every item to be good.
Iru Izakaya was fantastic. Everything was delicious. The ramen & shared plates were amazing, & the vibe is incredible - stylish, lively, & fun without being overwhelming.
Great food, great energy. Can't wait to go back. 🍜✨
