Ce restaurants n'a rien d'authentiquement japonais. Les plats sont majoritairement frits & accompagnés d'une quantité excessive de sauces & de mayonnaise. Le service laisse également à désirer : nous avons attendu près de 30 minutes avant de recevoir nos cocktails. Nous avions choisi le menu découverte, mais il s'est écoulé environ 40 minutes entre le premier & le deuxième service. À l'inverse, le troisième service est arrivé seulement quelques minutes après le deuxième, ce qui a donné un rythme assez incohérent au repas. Cher pour ce que c'est. Pour une expérience japonaise plus convaincante, je recommande plutôt Biiru, situé à quelques coins de rue, sur Bleury.

Nous étions 3 & avons pris le menu dégustation à 50$ / personne, donc 9 plats choisis du chef; trop de nourriture hahaha nous n'avions plus faim après le 2Ème service, mais tout était bon!!! Allez y sans retenue, je retournerai c'est sûr!
Depuis que nous sommes allées à ce restau, les attentes sont élevées dans les autres. Nous avons réservés à ce restau sur un coup de tête & sommes retournés 2 fois dans la même soirée ; avant & après spectacle (ca vous en dit gros). Les plats fondent à la bouche, je ne savais même plus quoi choisir vu tout semblait très intéressant. & bon, vous allez trouver ca loufoque mais le simple accompagnement d'haricots verts était explosif en saveur au point ou j'ai songée virer végétarienne ce soir là. Il y avait aussi une belle variété de Saké pour une bonne dégustation. Le service était impeccable ! les plats ont été bien expliqués, & merci à notre serveur de la soirée Vincent pour la logistique de nos plats. Bref, vous comprendrez que je recommande & compte y retourner avec d'autres invités pour leur faire découvrir.
Super belle découverte. La bouffe était excellente & le service aussi. J'ai enlevé une étoile au service simplement parce que ça a pris longtemps pour avoir l'addition puisqu'il restait juste un serveur sur le plancher à ce moment là & que tout le monde partait en même temps.
Mais super bon restaurant. Je reviendrai sûrement.
Unfortunately chose the « discovery » menu & ended up discovering all the left over produce from the kitchen. So disappointed. I was expecting more from a 4.7 rated restaurant. Service was lovely. Atmosphere & setting is very nice.

This place is so great for lots of shareable meals. Everything is tasty & the portions are great for 2. We ordered the karaage chicken, the crab dip, the takoyaki, the ribs, the fish croquettes. By the end of the meal, we were so full but it was so satisfying. The crab dip was warm & flavourful. The ribs were nice & smoky. We even got some mocktails that were a special mix from our server! I would definitely go back, the decor is great, it's a good location for groups with ample seating, a large menu, & tons of drink options. We got great service too, quick & helpful & friendly!
Fantastic spot for some different Japanese options to your standard fare. We tried 5 of the apps & they were all great. The fried chicken in gochujang sauce is a must try. Also love the sushi taco. Nice atmosphere with the live DJ.
We came here for my fiance's birthday in a group of 12 people & our server was so amazing & so kind & patient with us. She attended to our requests & needs! The food was amazing on the prix fix menu, every single dish was delicious & the portions were amazing for the price!

Food was excellent but the service was not so good, it took them over 30 minutes to bring our drinks before ordering our food, then we waited about an hour more to get all of us served. We were quite on a rush since we had something else booked later that evening, so we were insisting on getting our food faster & pay our bills asap. Also we booked for 8 people, but they put us on a table that wasn't big enough for our group, so we were all squeezed up against each other. But again, food was delicious.
Service courtois mais déficient…
Manque de fraîcheur (légumes) dans le menu découverte, bonnes grillades mais cuisson de la pieuvre trop forte & porc très gras. Correct sans plus. Bons cocktails.

Sympathique restaurant où l'on se croirait au Japon en plein coeur de Montréal. La nourriture est exquise, les drinks sont savoureux, le personnel chaleureux & le décor soigné.
Very fun & tasty experience. Food was pretty good, although it did feel like a lot of it was doused in sauce or served with heavy, unneeded sauces on the side.
Cocktails were a delight. Well-balanced flavours & great presentation.
