Wow! C'était délicieux. J'ai eu la chance de déguster les 2 variétés de ramens, les 3 sortes de grillades & la tartinade chaude de crabe, aucuns ne m'ont déçus. Un bravo particulier pour la cuisson de la pieuvre qui fondait en bouche. J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner!!!!

An interesting place, a bit mid really. Food was fine, unremarkable but perfectly edible. Service was friendly & competent but the dishes came out very quickly & were all going to hit at the same time if we hadn't slowed them down. We had six of the sharing plates & it was enough for two. Music was loud but I get the feeling its what the crowd was looking for... it largely skewed a bit younger &/or theater goers. The place was hopping even for an early reservation (again Place des Arts is right around the corner - so a large theater crowd).

Overall, it's nothing special but definitely no reason to avoid. If you like Japanese grills & aren't really looking for anything challenging or mind blowing, then you could do worse.

Delicious food & exceptional service! The fuagura gyoza, ramen iru & chizukeki were perfectly crafted & well balanced. Thank you to our waiter, Simon, for the great experience & attention to detail :) we will be back!

Waiting time for food is incredibly long.

Dine in August 2026: sizzling duck was perfect, my friends enjoyed their sushi tacos, but found the cauliflower bites basic. I got a great sake recommendation from the server based on my tastes. Very cool decor.
Delivery Jan 2026: Iru ramen was good but not great, especially for that price. Like the work was a very thin strip & the broth could have been better. Kamo chahan was pretty good.

Merci à toi Laurence, je n'ai même pas mangé au restaurant lui même à cause d'un petit pépin, mais juste de par ton accueil, de ton service, & de ton amabilité, j'ai voulu revenir manger chez iru malgré le fait que j'y était déjà. À qui lira cet avis, le service chez iru, c'est incroyable. Demandez Laurence, vous le verrez par vous même.
