Depuis 1984, nos clients viennent chez Il Focolaio afin de rechercher le goût italien authentique fait à la maison. Il Focolaio signifie le foyer en Italien. Ce nom décrit parfaitement le four alimenté au bois d’érable où nous faisons cuire toutes nos pizzas, garnies de leurs succulents ingrédients. Notre foyer, comme en Italie, ne sert pas seulement à faire cuire la nourriture : c’est aussi un endroit où nos clients peuvent se rassembler, dans un confort chaleureux. La recette de notre succès est simple : nous servons des pizzas garnies d’ingrédients dignes des meilleurs pizzaiolos, tels que de l’huile d’olive extra vierge, des tomates de la meilleure qualité et des ingrédients frais. Ces pizzas sont préparées avec passion et un amour de la bonne cuisine, afin de vous offrir un plat inoubliable. Nous vous invitons à venir déguster le goût de l’Italie avec un bon verre de vin choisi dans notre liste de vins personnalisée. Vous pourrez l’apprécier cet été, sur notre terrasse au cœur du centre-ville.

They have so many pizza options to choose from, & it can be really hard! I was craving for seafood so I went by their seafood option, & they didn't let me down at all.

The pizza here is amazing! You can really taste the difference - it's baked in a real Italian oven, super crispy on the outside & soft inside. So many choices & every one is delicious. The service is fast & friendly. Totally worth it!

Un ami travaillant dans le quartier m'a parlé de ce restaurant…. Je n'ai pas été déçu, belle ambiance (peut paraître bruyante pour certains), grand choix de pizzas excellentes & cuites au feu de bois. C'est la meilleure pizza en ville !

This was an amazing little spot with super efficient service. The food was fantastic & at points there were lineups out the door but within 20 minutes a giant line all seemed to be placed no matter how busy it was. The food was so fast to come out & it tasted incredible. There were so many options & you could change any of the toppings on the pizza so was easy even if you didn't want something exactly was designed. Also the dessert was well worth it.

Great restaurant with traditional & fusion style pizza. A wonderful patio experience in the summer months, & a cozy spot for a warm bite inside during the winter.

Staff were really friendly & the service was great. I felt the pizza was a bit underdone but I understand there can be a bit of inconsistency when it's busy.
Overall I don't know if I'll return considering the price but I think it's worth a visit.

I went here on my trip to Montreal, & the pizza was excellent. One of the best I've ever had! The waiter was so kind & helpful, & told the kitchen of my nut allergy - & they were careful to accommodate me. Truly a great experience here - highly recommend!

Assez bruyant vous êtes de suite plongé dans l ambiance italienne / chacun sait ce qu il doit faire . C est une machine bien rodée . Les pizzas sont belles & succulentes . Le service est rapide & efficace tout en étant prévenant .
