Bonjour, Je viens de découvrir le tout nouveau restaurant Hum vegan, au 430 Av. Duluth E, Montréal. C'est une cuisine fusion Japon-Vietnam. J'ai goûté un plat & une ramen. C'était délicieux, frais & les goûts & textures étaient variés, dans un même plat. C'était intéressant d'avoir des mets japonais, mais avec les parfums typiques de la cuisine vietnamienne. Le restaurant est petit, bien décoré & le personnel très accueillant.

On y est retournées deux soirs de suite tellement le repas nous a plu ! En plus de cela les serveurs sont aux petits soins & la présentation est à la hauteur de la finesse des préparations😋😋 Adresse parfaite pour les végétariens pour un prix très abordable ! On recommande +++

J'ai soupé au resto avec ma famille & mes amis un beau vendredi soir & c'était INCROYABLE! Service irréprochable: personnel attentionné, amical & courtois! Prix abordable: les entrées de 6$ à 8$ & les plats principaux, de 13$ à 16$. Repas délicieux: nous savions pas vraiment quoi choisir, alors le serveur nous a recommandé deux plats signatures: udon à la sauce d'arachide & ramen sapporo miso. Absolument savoureux!!! Mes trois fils ont pris des dumplings & ils les ont beaucoup aimés. On va y retourner!

Dommage de ne pas pouvoir se faire servir en français en plein coeur du plateau... Sinon les dumping vegan & le rouleau de printemps sont très bons !!!!

Une magnifique expérience culinaire végane, nous y sommes pour la deuxième fois en moins d'une semaine 😋 Lieux agréable, deco zen, nous avons vraiment l'impression d'être dans un grand restaurant, mais sans le prix exorbitant 🙏🏻❤️🥳
