Didn't make it in time for their babka, but got to try their butter croissant which was excellent. So buttery & flakey with a great savouriness to each bite. Will have to come back earlier next time!
Amazing bakery all around. Buttery croissants & pastries that are all top notch. Great Matzoh ball soup, breakfast & brisket sandwiches are both excellent. Loved the muffins & the savory pastries too. Seating is limited & other than a few tables it's mostly stools or standing room. Worth it for the food & good service.
Best croissant in Montreal!! Buttery, crispy on the outside & so soft on the inside. Can't have enough of it! You have to go early in the morning… they sold out so quickly! It took me few visits to be able to get the croissant. Enjoy! 🥐
Espresso very acid, reminded me of the terrible taste of Parisian espresso in the years 2010(they fixed it now). Excellent croissant, very buttery. Original take on chausson au pomme. Pastries form is a bit messy & inconsistent.
Excellent croissants! Buttery & flakey. Tasted amazing. Also had a baguette which was just ok. Did not enjoy it as much...the crust & chew was lacking. Lots of better baguettes in the neighbourhood. Will come back to try other items.
The best croissant in Canada! My partner loved their croissant & took me there. Their butter comes from Normandy in France. It is worth to do the hike to Plateau just to get their croissant.
Fabulous bakery blending Jewish(ish) flavors with French technique. The babka croissant was phenomenal, as was the ginger cake. Try whatever they have on sample on the counter, you won't be disappointed!

I had really high expectations for the croissants here, as they were recommended by so many people. The butter croissant I had was flaky, but unfortunately was so salty.
Ça fait un petit moment que j'y suis pas allé. Malheureusement ils ont changé un peu leur recette dernièrement. Leur croissant un peu changé. Reste toujours bon mais ils étaient meilleur avant.
Breads, baguettes, & croissants are baked to perfection, not like the doughly supermarket variety. These are up to par with any established European bakery. Their sour dough bread is perfect.
I enjoyed the coffee so much! It's been a while since I had a latte with acidity. Milk foam on top & latte art was perfect. The cafe smelled of fresh bread! I tried the baguette, croissant, & a few pastries; they were good overall. I had hoped the croissant would be a bit more crunchy, but the overall experience was nice with friendly staff. Highly recommend
