You can't beat the breads & pastries here, especially savory pastries. Coffee is exceptional & staff are efficient & generously bilingual. Go early in the day for pastry because the best stuff sells out fast!

The chocolate croissants were amazing! But the apple turnover was even better. One of us has the ricotta spinach danish & it was also delicious. The hot coca was SO good. If I lived locally I would definitely be a regular. Loved the old school jazz (Ellington, Billie Holiday, Chet Baker) too.

Top-tier bakery! The pastries are delicious, & the atmosphere is so calming. I especially loved their almond croissant. Highly recommend!

Local bakery with good bagels & croissants.
The bagels are a little different from New York-style bagels-the outside is noticeably crispier, which I really enjoyed.

The croissant breakfast sandwich was also excellent & made for a great breakfast.

We liked the bagels so much that we ended up getting some extra to take with us.
Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for good bread & pastries in Montreal.
