Cuisine très raffinée, combinaisons époustouflantes, saveurs exquises.
Belle salle, service gracieux & efficace.
What an amazing & surprising experience! From the moment that we walked in to leaving with our stomachs full, this was a great dining experience.
The locally sourced menu changes seasonally so what we had might be unique to others' experiences! We had the trumpet mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, rabbit, & pork. The dishes were all VERY unique & all the ingredients were paired perfectly! Flavourful, creative, & delicious! We were also amazed that one of the staff came by the table to re-fold our napkin when we went to the bathroom!
This place is extraordinary; their warmth, the care displayed in every aspect. Of course the cooking, the bar program, the passionate communication regarding the food & bev, the lighting… in the depth of winter, someone is always popping out & surreptitiously cleaning up muddy footprints dragged in from outside. The cooking, the cooking, the cooking.
We are so grateful to have stumbled upon this wonderful spot. Thank you!
One of those'blissfully perfect' Montréal resto experiences. Beautiful atmosphere, quiet enough to have a conversation, A+ staff especially seated at the bar, then the food arrives & it's just sublime. A+++++
Beautiful food, great wine & lovely hospitality we went for the tasting menu which was an excellent choice, & a few too many cocktails in the next door speakeasy.
I found this restaurant through reddit, which is yet to lead me astray. This place was fantastic. The vibe was cool & chill, the lighting was dim but appropriate (light enough to read the menu), & the sound & music filled the space without feeling overwhelming. The food was delicious. Highlights were the beef tartare, scallops, & the pear dessert. This place was extremely well priced for the high quality of the food. A fine dining experience without the price tag & pretentiousness. Not to mention the service was excellent, very attentive without being overbearing. Will be returning to Hélicopter next time I'm in Montréal.
Food is overrated. Cute plates but lack of Flavor.
18% tip minimum in this type of restaurant is an insult to the clients. With 15%, servers would still make way more than 80% of the working class in the city... Reality check please.
Overall, I can eat better & cheaper in a lot of different places in the city.
