Très belle découverte à Montréal ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment chez Monza en famille avec notre enfant de 5 ans.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le personnel est souriant, agréable & attentionné, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable lorsqu'on vient dîner avec un jeune enfant. L'ambiance est conviviale & détendue, parfaite pour passer un bon moment en famille.

Nous avons bien sûr goûté les pizzas & elles étaient vraiment excellentes : une pâte très réussie, de bons ingrédients, des garnitures généreuses & beaucoup de goût. Les assiettes sont appétissantes & les portions permettent de ressortir largement satisfait !

Notre enfant de 5 ans a également beaucoup apprécié son repas. C'est une adresse où l'on peut venir en famille sans hésiter : l'atmosphère est agréable, le service efficace & nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise tout au long du dîner.

Une très bonne expérience pendant notre séjour à Montréal & une adresse que nous sommes ravis d'avoir découverte. Si vous cherchez un endroit sympathique pour manger une bonne pizza en famille, nous recommandons Monza sans hésitation !

Pizza was fresh, but dough was too thin, ended up being on the soggier side. Good amount of cheese & toppings, but for the price was not so worth it for a pizza. Service was really good!

Came to restaurant...my second time & food & service great.
It is when presented with terminal the , suggested tip showing 16% & not 15%.
Had to manually calculate....to reflect correct amount of $17.34 & not $18.52

Lovely new setup. Monday night so it wasn't busy at all . Place is new so very clean.
Food, a little pricey $25 for pizza. Pizza was good 7/10. I had chicken parmigiana with linguine. Linguine was spaghetti but no big deal. The pasta was cooked okay but l think left to sit too long without sauce, it was clumping together. Chicken parmigiana was over cooked with breading too thick & burnt, 3/10.
Appetizers, small portions for the price.
Things have gotten very expensive after pandemic & I can't get used to it. $450 after tax & tip for six adults including two bottles of wine ($52 each).

Nous y sommes allés un dimanche soir. Nous avons commandés les arrancinis, un tartare de saumon, les raviolis à la courge & une pizza. Tout était délicieux. Le sevbice était excellent. On ne se sent pas rushés de partir comparés à d'autres restaurants.

My wife & I live nearby & decided to try them out. To give proper context my Wife is on a Keto Diet, I am not. She rarely eats the same thing as myself & my step daughter. We prepare meals for us & she makes her own keto friendly meals. This makes it somewhat easy to track food in common.

So we go to the restaurant & the service was good & pleasant. We asked the waitress if the cauliflower crust was keto friendly & they could not confirm so my wife got the salad, myself a Pizza & we chose 2 appetizers that were Keto friendly to share, the meatballs & shrimp. We ate the meal (175.00 with no drinks) & went home with the idea we would come back.

That evening a few house later I began to feel nauseous. The next morning we were both pretty sick. Vomiting, nausea, & a few symptoms I will not go into greater detail. These symptoms persisted for 2 days for us both & were quite intense.

We traced what we ate & the only thing we ate in common over 3 days was the appetizers & suspect the Shrimp was the culprit.

I wrote the restaurant to bring it to their attention & they seemed genuinely concerned. Spoke on the phone & exchanged emails.

The next day they wrote
Me & offered a 50.00 gift card to return to the resto that made us sick. I found that somewhat odd. Told them it was unacceptable & they offered to refund me for the appetizer s. (Less than the gift card) Reluctantly I said yes for no other reason but to put the incident behind me. A week goes by, nothing….they said they would transfer me the refund & it never came, no further communication just forgot about me.

Now I was frustrated, first by the minimal effort to set things straight & then for not doing what they said they would.

I wrote them, told them to keep their refund, filed a complaint & now I am here to detail our experience. They did not even reply to my last email asking why I had not gotten the refund on the appetizers. They simply blew me
Off…..had they sent me my refund as indicated I would not be here writing this now

Clearly they were more concerned with their bottom line than they were with the health & happiness of their clients.

Needless to say we will not be returning.
