Toute était parfait ou presque! La nourriture est incroyable! Le service un peu lent! On est arrivé à 19:00 & on est sorti au environs de 22:00. On a prit le service découverte! Merci pour l'expérience culinaire!

En ce qui a trait aux choix musicaux, la direction devrait se questionner quant à la pertinence de l'écoute d'une liste qui était appropriée dans une cafétéria de station de ski dans les années 90, mais qui ne l'est absolument pas dans un restaurant comme celui-ci. Alanis Morissette ?!? Natalie Imbruglia ?!? Sérieusement ? Donc 5 étoiles parce qu'on y va pour manger. Mais il a fallu un effort de notre part pour faire abstraction de cet irritant qui fut tout sauf mineur. Trois heures de supplice auditif...

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse & la compétence du personnel & particulièrement l'à-propos de François. Nous avons choisi sur le menu à la carte les pleurotes suggérés par notre hôte. Elles étaient exquis. Nous avons apprécié notre souper. La seule suggestion serait une carte de vin au verre plus sophistiqué. En finale, une soirée réussie.

Ce n'était pas qu'un repas, c'était une expérience. De tous les restaurants auxquels nous avons manger à Montréal, celui-ci se démarque de loin. Merci à Sébastien pour sa belle approche & sa volonté à nous amener avec lui dans ce voyage culinaire.

Quel merveilleux restaurant! Nous avons pris le menu dégustation & tous les plats étaient délicieux. Le service est aussi impeccable. Plusieurs petits attentions nous été offertes durant la soirée, ce qui a rendu le tout encore plus mémorable. Si vous avez une occasion spéciale à souligner, je recommande fortement l'hélicoptère!

This restaurant was one for the books. Everything was top notch & it's such a great spot for a special evening out. Each course was thoughtful & beautifully executed, & the pairings were fantastic. We truly loved every part of the experience.
