Food, ambience, wine pairings, cocktails everything was incredible. Vincent was great & extremely knowledgeable we had an amazing time. They were also very accommodating for vegetarians & it felt seamless.Couldn't recommend this place more

This place is perfection. Do the tasting menu & the wine pairing - spring for the dessert wine. Vincent was incredibly knowledgeable but approachable & made the night. Will be back!

Très belle expérience du début à la fin. Les produits sont excellents, les assiettes magnifiquement présentées & le rythme du service était vraiment impeccable.

Quelques petits détails pourraient être peaufinés pour rendre l'expérience encore plus parfaite, comme un choix de bières un peu plus varié & la chandelle d'anniversaire qui a été apportée à la mauvaise personne malgré la précision donnée la veille. Cela dit, ce sont de petites choses qui n'enlèvent rien à la qualité remarquable de la nourriture & au plaisir que nous avons eu.

Notre souper au restaurant Hélicoptère a été une expérience gustative remarquable. Nous avons opté pour le menu découverte, & l'équilibre des plats comme la précision des saveurs nous ont littéralement transportés. Je peux l'affirmer sans hésitation : les cinq services ont été un sans-faute, du début à la fin.
Impossible aussi de passer sous silence la qualité du personnel: attentif, chaleureux & parfaitement compétent. On se sent entre de bonnes mains dès l'arrivée.
L'Hélicoptère s'installe désormais dans mon top 3 des restaurants favoris à Montréal, & c'est une place qu'il mérite amplement.

Tres belle découverte.
Nous avons pris le menu dégustation, les plats sont délicieux, & on ressent la qualité des produits.
Le mot d'ordre: gourmandise. Une cuisine pointue mais gourmande, on ne peut que se régaler.
Coup de coeur de mon côté pour les topinambours, caramélisées à la perfection. Du côté de mon conjoint il a vraiment apprécié la qualité du canard.
L'accord met-vin est excellent, avec une belle sélection de bouteilles.
Côté service, un sans faute pour nous, avec Raphaëlle !
