Après deux ans & demi à Montréal, Hélicoptère est pour moi la place où j'ai eu ma meilleure expérience dans un restaurant. La cuisine était extrêmement qualitative, les produits sont locaux, le service est très bon, l'ambiance chaleureuse. Recommande 100%, un 5 services à 75$ aussi gustatif ne courre pas les rues à Montréal ou bien même dans la région. La seule place où j'étais content de mettre un tips à 18% sur une note à 200$.

Coup de coeur de l'année. Probablement l'accord mets & vin le plus accessible avec le meilleur rapport qualité-prix. Le service est incroyable. Tous les employés étaient sympathiques. On voyait vraiment que c'était une belle équipe. Ils ont adapté le menu dégustation pour ma femme qui est enceinte & ils ont mis autant d'amour dans ses plats. Les plats étaient tout simplement WOW. J'ai savouré chaque plat. Bref, c'est un resto à aller absolument.

Over complicated ingredients & combinations that are under seasoned & poorly executed. Disconnected flavour profiles served in the same course. The service was weird & awkward, some charming moments but overall a bit jarring & overbearing. Wayyyy tooooooo♾️ overpriced for the meal & experience. The more that I remember the experience the more I get annoyed about it.

Deuxième fois à l'hélicoptère pour un repas d'affaires, & c'est encore un immense coup de coeur. Les pleurotes étaient INCROYABLES, le tartare de boeuf, les tomates étaient parfaites, le service ADORABLE, j'ai adoré l'idée du petit coq sur la table... Nous n'avons pas bu d'alcool, mais un super moctail en mangeant. Bref, une adresse que nous adorons & que nous allons continuer à venir visiter au gré des saisons 🩷🩷🩷
