One of the best middle eastern places I went to. Each dishes had a level of finesse & balance one would only find from a fine?dining spot. Quite a pleasant surprise. Service was really warm, pleasant & polite. The atmosphere was upbeat without excess. La classe. I really recommend.
Terrace is nice when the weather is fine. I was served by Lina who is such a wonderful person. Compliments to the chef & kitchen team for putting together delicious dishes. I ordered the shawarma d'agneau & the meat was cooked & seasoned to perfection, inside a fluffy & flakey saj wrap, with a side sauce of tahini & pomegranate molasses. Two of the sacred sauces of West Asia. The biggest surprise came at the end, when Lina gave me chewing gum made of natural mastic. It's a brand that reminds me of my childhood in Syria. Highly recommend.
Hayat offers a five-star experience that immerses you in the Lebanese & Syrian food scene with true class. We visited for Mother's Day, & the service was impeccable quick, attentive, & always with a smile.
?The food was incredibly tasty, featuring a modern twist on traditional dishes from the region. If you go, the Baklava pancake is an absolute must-try. The restaurant is spotless & beautifully decorated; just a heads-up that parking can be tricky in the area, so it's best to arrive a bit early.
Very delicious dishes specially the lamb dishes. The souce with each food is special with unique taste.
Respectful service & helpful.
Great place for date, special family gatherings & formal meetings.
Fair price.
Lebanese dishes, all lovely, also halal meats.
The servant, hajar, was super kind & adorable. She makes sure we have everything & our little girl in a comfortable place.
Our waiter Nathaniel was the best! My wife & I never had Lebanese food so we let him pick out dishes & he didn't disappoint. Food was excellent, must try! The vibe is awesome too!
Hayat has a nice ambience, but the overall dining experience was underwhelming. We ordered Fattet Chicken, Barak, Shish Taouk, Lamb Shank, & Hummus with Shawarma.
The chicken dishes were dry, while the lamb shank was tender & delicious.
Everything without chicken tasted good. Portion sizes were disappointingly small-especially for the price.
Service was adequate, but water was served warm & refills were slow due to the decorative container servers used.
Most guests seemed to come for drinks & leave quickly… should've been a hint. After spending $180, I was still hungry.
It was my first time at Hayat Resturant, I enjoyed the food & the taste combinations between the western & midwestern cuisine. I recommend & I'd like to try more dishes in the future.
Waitress was nice. Food preparation was below averag. Either cook is new or doesn't got a clue how to make dimple dishes. My entire plate felt like it was made a day earlier 😩 cold & tasteless. Hype online is def misleading.
Kebe neyeh was the best I have ever had
Fattouch was missing olive oil & over all dishes were ok nothing super WAW
