Very different from the other Gyubees I've been to. The decor was very Japanese-wooded theme which was very homey & comfortable vibes. The food was all you can eat & you cook it yourself. Around $50 for the all you can eat at dinner time. The service was prompt as the waiters came pretty frequently. Overall recommend!
First time trying Gyubee & I was very pleased. The quality of the meats were great, nicely seasoned, tender, the sides I tried were all delicious, & my server the sparkling Amy was very attentive & kind, quick & always smiling. Will definitely return with friends. The robot is also cute.
One of the best ayce bbq in Montreal. Great selection of meats, fast service & good quality food.
Make sure you reserve or come early during their dinner time, as there will always be a line.
The only complaint i have is that every food tend to have a certain sweetness. Which will cause a quicker flavor fatigue
All you can eat is worth it but not a big selection of beef ! Such a long wait sometimes but still a fun experience !
Some servers are very good & attentive some not so much !
Hannah gave us a really nice service, the food never disappoints. Miso beef is a 10/10 ✨?😌 all of the beef feel like theyre melting in your mouth . Creme brûlé is also freaking delicious , make sure to keep some place for dessert!
I came with my husband two weeks ago during lunchtime. The food is fresh, tasty & good quality of meat. The service was so excellent I want to go back. Two employees did an impact (sorry in advance if it's the wrong name) Mia & Edward. Always available, very smiley. Give good service. Thank you for welcoming us in this beautiful/spacious place.
Our server Julia was attentive & detail oriented! She was very kind & made our dinner a pleasant one! There could be more options for veggies or other meats but all & all a favorite spot of ours in Ottawa for sure
An all-you-can-eat japanese buffet! Gyubee is by far my favourite grill spot in the city! We got there 40 mins before last call & they still took us, no wait, giving us a table right away!!!
The meats- flavourful, tender. Awesome. Personal faves are briskets & short ribs. Rice was decent. Good selection of veggies although I would add a bit more greens. Ice cream is ok. Creme brûlée lacks flavour. (We're not here for desserts anyway) Selection of sojus are great. Our waiter was awesome, giving good recommendations. Fast service. Polite. We will for sure be back!!
