The food was okay & the service was fair.

However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The dining room floor was noticeably dirty, & the washroom was in poor condition, with paper towels scattered all over the floor.

You're allowed to stay for 2 hours, but the last call for ordering comes after only 1.5 hours, & the waiter appeared tired or uninterested & never smiled. In addition, I was surprised to see an 18% minimum tip expectation.

Overall it was good experience, but they must pay much more attention to the cleanliness.

Food is always good but I wish they would tell us before we sit down about items that are sold out. The one star is for the service. Waitress are so rude, do not look like they like their job & then 18% tip is the first option on the machine - funny.

The service was incredibly speedy but the employees didn't act like it was a pleasure. The food is magnificent highly suggest getting a miso soup.

Si plus de 5 personnes, pas oublier de demander prendre la table avec deux feux… on a pris le rendez-vous & dit clairement 6 personnes… c'est la première fois y aller, un homme nous a donné une table avec un feu, il y avait une table avec deux feux reste à côté, on a demandé faire un changement, mais refusé, la personne a dit: parce que téléphoné réserver la table, on n'a pas indiqué … imagine avec un feu, 6 personnes attendent cuire des viandes des légumes !!! &, La durée du repas est limitée à 2 heures ; des frais supplémentaires s'appliquent en cas de dépassement.
C'est tellement pas agréable !

Très belle expérience & beaucoup de choix. Excellent service, nous avions Alice pour notre table & elle nous expliquait bien le fonctionnement & les différents choix. Je recommande grandement & y retournera assurément !
