Grille-Nature est un restaurant conçu par les chefs propriétaires Derek Dammann et David McMillan. C’est une promesse de fin de carrière rendue possible grâce à une longue amitié et à un amour commun pour l’art de recevoir. C’est un menu garni de fruits de mer, de légumes de saison et des plus grandes coupes de bœuf. C’est un bar chaleureux, une carte des vins éclectique et une équipe qui aura le soin de vous accueillir comme à la maison.

Le poisson était tout simplement excellent (morue) honnêtement, le meilleur mangé à ce jour. Le steak, cuit à la perfection, avec un goût incroyable de grill… un vrai régal! 🔥
& le poulet au beurre, délicieux comme tout, sans parler des autres entrées (olive parmesan, mortadelle, calmar, avocat chaud, thon) qui étaient toutes aussi savoureuses.
Que dire du sorbet au coconut… à essayer absolument! ✨
On sent le soin & l'attention dans chacun des plats.
Le service est chaleureux & familial, on s'est sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivés.
L'ambiance est chaleureuse, avec des couleurs vivantes qui rendent l'endroit encore plus agréable, (excellent choix de musique)
Nous avons été servis comme des rois.

Amazing service & even better food, I was recently in NYC & tried the Delmonicos porterhouses, the one I had here was right up there & that's a statement in itself
I was really looking forward to this restaurant. Everything was great before we were officially seated, but then I noticed the table was uneven, so I used the paper from the fries to balance it. The food was quite good, with strong Japanese influences. Throughout the meal, I had to pour my own drinks. When it came time to pay, they actually forgot to include the cost of the drinks-if this were a shop, they probably wouldn't be able to charge it afterward, haha!
Everything about this place is amazing. Was there recently for my birthday & every single bite was a wow....genuinly a true culinary experience. Can't wait to go back here.
A very good restaurant. Glad they are now in the West Island. Food is delicious. Outstanding service, they raise the bar. Got to meet one of the owners tonight, I felt welcomed & appreciated. I will definitely return with friends.

The service in the dining area was excellent, & the food quality was truly top-notch. Our server was number one as well,exceptional, attentive, & truly made the experience stand out. We go back again.

The experience was a bit disappointing. The food arrived cold, which took away from the meal, & the pricing felt somewhat high for what was offered. Overall, it didn't quite meet expectations, & I'm not sure I would return.
Went on a Thursday around 4:15 & we basically had the whole place to ourselves, which was amazing.
Our server was 10/10 he was super knowledgeable, explained everything on the menu, & made the whole experience even better.
The food was fantastic. I honestly don't think I've had better duck confit in Montreal (only time I've had it this good was in Paris). The béarnaise sauce was out of this world, & the calamari was perfectly coated, seasoned, & delicious.
Loved the atmosphere, & both chefs being there made it feel really special.
As someone who grew up in the West Island & a foodie for 34 years, I'm so happy there's finally a spot like this here. They really nailed it. Already planning my next visit.

I used to love coming out to Grille Nature for the steak frites, it was the only thing that made the drive from the city worth it. But going from $29 to $39 since December, roughly a 35% increase, is hard to justify. At that price, I might as well stay in the city & go to L'Express or Liverpool House instead.
We ate like kings here. The portions are very generous. We ordered 3 mains off the specials menu (black cod 10/10, pork with lentils 9/10, & the Denver steak 8/10) along with a side of fries which were surprisingly exceptional, bread (11/10), Caesar salad (10/10), & warm olives (10/10) to start. Everything was delicious. Our only complaint was that the cut of steak was very very chewy & probably should have been cooked a bit more (which would have compromised the juiciness but may have helped the chewiness). I also ordered a ceasar & I think that may have been the best Caesar (drink) I've ever had.
For the first time in a long time, I felt like I was living in the 2000's when there was no rushing, tables that have enough room around them to breath & staff that were pleased to be there. This paired with the incredible food & show stopping fries (fried in tallow?) & very best dirty martini. 10/10 would recommend
Very disappointed with my main course that the waiter could have told me that it included only 6 shrimps. I then ordered also the broccolini which they were in a heavily sauce. It wasn't worth the trip & paying $350 for 3 people I would have gotten better food for that amount.
We were accompanied by another party of 3 which we definitely won't be returning.
