Grille-Nature est un restaurant conçu par les chefs propriétaires Derek Dammann et David McMillan. C’est une promesse de fin de carrière rendue possible grâce à une longue amitié et à un amour commun pour l’art de recevoir. New restaurant in the West Island, from Dave McMillan of Joe Beef fame & his partner from another restaurant, McKiernan's. We've enjoyed all the restaurants under their umbrella so far, & pleased to report that Grille-Nature doesn't disappoint. You can eat for $30 or $130 per person, & you will eat well either way. They have crowd-pleasers like burgers & pasta for kids, & more adventurous dishes for adults. Everything we had was delicious. The ambiance was warm & welcoming, & the staff were informative & kind. Definitely coming back.
Calmars frits sont excellents & au tableau il y avait l'option foie gras sur toast, ça goute le ciel. Nous avons dégusté le poulet grillé & la poitrine de canard. Délicieux & frais. Je crois que le rapport qualité prix est raisonnable pour une cuisine de cette catégorie. J'apprécie tout le travail qu'il y a derrière la préparation de ces plats, bravo à toute l'équipe. Le service, l'accueil, l'atmosphère, on a adoré. Je souhaite du succès pour ce nouveau resto. On y retournera c'est certain.

?If you are looking for a top-tier dining experience in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, you have to check out Grille-Nature. We had an absolutely stellar dinner here recently that hit all the right notes.
?The Food Highlights:
?Beef Carpaccio: A must-try starter. Fresh, flavorful, & the perfect way to begin the meal.
?The Roasted Chicken (Demi): I loved the seasoning on this-it had a delicious hint of a piri-piri style flavor profile but remained unique. The meat was incredibly tender & fell right off the bone.
?Duck Confit: My date's duck was equally impressive-perfectly tender & cooked with care.
?The Value:
One of the best parts? The portions are generous. We actually left with enough for a second meal! For the quality of food & the experience, the bill (around $100 for two) was very reasonable.
?The Service:
A massive thank you to our server, Tyler, who was friendly & attentive. A highlight of the night was being personally welcomed by one of the owners, David, shortly after we sat down. That kind of hospitality is exactly what we love to see at Montreal in a Box.

The King of the cuisine is back, had an incredible supper at Dave Macmillan & his partner Derek Dammann's restaurant Grille-Nature, it was truly 10 stars out of 5! Food, service, ambiance all on point, no traffic, all kinds of free parking.

We came to Montreal for a mini honeymoon & had the best time at Grille Nature. The hostess & waiters were exceptionally nice & made sure we had an amazing evening. The food was phenomenal, the clams were one of the best we ever had & they had a roasted piglet special which was the most tender & crispy pork! The lemon meringue pie was also delicious. Everything was 10/10 & we will totally recommend this to all of our friends.
Only great things to say about our experience at Grille Nature. The food is really incredible- there wasn't one mediocre dish that we ordered, everything was great. The menu is different & really fun, so many starters & sides, it's kind of like a''Choose your own adventure'' menu. I have rarely (if ever) seen this quality of food at this price point. Affordability is super relative, but you can eat eat here for less than you would pay at a mid range chain restaurant. So excited for this & other new great restaurants on the West Island! Can we keep this momentum going?
Wonderful experience at Grille Nature - it certainly lives up to the hype! Every dish we ordered was amazing & the service was amazing from start to finish. They had a wonderful & knowledgeable sommelier that you can tell is passionate about her work. Already looking forward to next time!

Grille-Nature, tout nouveau restaurant dans l'ouest de Montréal, coche toutes les cases : cuisine originale, service impeccable & atmosphère réussie. Le personnel était vraiment chaleureux & accueillant. Aussi, un très bon choix de cocktails & de vins. C'est un lieu qui a tout pour connaître un grand succès & je lui souhaite le meilleur pour le futur. Une réservation est fortement conseillée !
GrilleNature is excellent! We went on opening weekend & they did a great job with the place. The menu is creative, down-to-earth, & the food is amazing. They also have a big drink selection, & my husband told the bartender it was one of the best spicy margaritas he has ever had.
When we left, we immediately booked another reservation for January - can't wait to go back!
GrilleNature is incredible. The ambiance is beautiful, the menu is creative, & the food is absolutely delicious. The wine & drink selection is outstanding too. I'm genuinely excited to come back & try everything on the menu. Highly recommended!
