Une très belle découverte aux Grillades du Fort à Chambly!

Au niveau de la qualité de la nourriture & des saveurs, c'était WOW! Tout ce que nous avons goûté était vraiment délicieux.

Nous avons pris les linguines au pesto avec poulet portugais : absolument délicieuses! Les moules ont fait l'unanimité, les enfants les ont adorées & mon conjoint aussi. Le carpaccio de betteraves en entrée était frais, savoureux & vraiment excellent.

Même les plats plus simples pour les enfants étaient très bons & parfaitement adaptés pour eux.

Une cuisine pleine de saveurs, de belles portions & surtout, une qualité qui mérite d'être soulignée. Nous nous sommes vraiment régalés! Une excellente découverte à Chambly & assurément une adresse où nous retournerons. ❤?

Malgré la gentillesse des serveuses...la bavette de boeuf a ne pas manger trop cuite, les patates a peine grillé en fait le café était chaud.
Ce restaurant n'est pas recommandé.

We were a group of three, went for supper. They have a really nice terrace. The service though was abysmal. Starting with the waitress making us wait standing up while she was filling our glasses with water & removing the extra napkin & utensils from the table. Then waiting for forty minutes or more to bring us the food, while in the meantime we asked several times for a water refill... Other guests who came after us were served before us. We had to ask them for bread & only then started serving complementary bread to all tables, still serving other guests before bringing our bread. I don't know if this was personal but that makes no sense as this was the first (& last) time we visited this place.
P.S. the fries served to my partner were terrible - almost blackened from overcooking, soft & mushy, funnily fries at other tables looked slightly better.
I don't recommend & will not go there again.

Kind of disappointing. We came for our wedding anniversary & was told we could not sit outside on the tables for four because we were only 2. I could understand if their was only one table available but there were several. Normally we have always had a excellent experience there, but the servers seemed like they did not want to bother to accomodate us at 17h30 on a Wednesday?
