I've eaten at several Greek restaurants while in Greece. But this was my first experience at this particular restaurant, which was on Saturday, February 21st. I went to celebrate my birthday. As soon as I arrived, I met the owner & the person who handles their social media advertising. I told him I was a social media influencer, & he gave me a very warm welcome. I gave him my name, Max. I waited three minutes. The only issue was that it was a table for eight, & my guests took 30 minutes, but it was a spectacular evening. It was my first time eating at this restaurant, & I thought the service was excellent. There were eight of us, but I told the owner there would be ten, & he said not to worry. When the two extra people arrived, I looked for a table. Excellent service. I recommend it to anyone to experience this new Greek concept. & it was a restaurant in Laval.
Food was good, but service was so rushed, we were still eating our appetizers when main course arrived, 4 of us served in less than 30 min, no time to talk or digest.
It was very busy on a Saturday, but we did not enjoy the rushed meal.

It's twice now I order from this place using Uber & the service is atrocious. Extremely rude, disorganized, & unhelpful employees. I feel bad for the patrons eating on site. Incredibly loud, & people are cramed in there like sardines. At least the food is good.
La nourriture était excellente! Un des meilleurs restos grecs où je suis allé. Nous avons adoré l'ambiance convivial & familial. Le service de Peggy était super!
Nous avons placé une commande uber chez ce restaurant, 1 heure & demi d'attente, on appelle pour savoir qu'est ce qui en ai de la commande, la personne qui répond au téléphone super impolie & sa réponse : c'est normal on est occupés, & que c'est pas son problème. Quel gros manque de respect, si vous n'êtes pas capables de préparer une commande à temps, ne vous affichez pas !!
Was in front just calling to see if they could sell us some to-go food saw the guy taking the phone & literally just hanging it up need better manners! Professionalism is free! I guess it's just not for everyone!
Everything was good service & all only thing when we had the keftedakia they were as raw as they can be .maybe because it was 8.15 pm & kitchen was in a rush to clean up & go home but they should be more carefully with beef patties. & the person whom I was with who had them was sick all night. & we eaten there plenty of times & that has never occurred
