We showed up after my daughter's confirmation. 3pm on a Saturday, food was ok. Service was terrible, the young waiter serving us was too busy goofing off with the girls at the bar. The place was basically empty. Long waits, had to waive him over a couple of times. At the price they charge, the customer should be more important than the co-workers. Never going back, mentioned to the other waiter who collected bill. Cause you know the other was again too busy goofing off. He was so indifferent!!
This is the best Greek food I've tried! I was in the area visiting near by & decided to stop by. The calamari is a must try & the Greek salad. I also had the chicken souvlaki & everything Was great! Service from Luka was amazing!

The food is great. Tasty, well-prepared & very good portions.
The service is excellent. The staff are polite & friendly. The food was served quickly.
For gatherings of 10-12 great. There does not seem to be a party room, so for larger groups it can be tight since you will be sharing your event with the rest of the restaurant .
We ordered from the catering menu & it was all delicious. The meal included calamari, chicken, potatoes & salad. There was an abundance of food. Price was very fair as well. I would definitely recommend Greektown.
This review is for Luca - he consistently goes above & beyond in what he does, he's courteous, professional, knowledgeable & is a people person.
Luca recently helped us cater our civil wedding - & went above & beyond, thinking of us & alleviating any stressors. The food was appreciated by our guests & was more than enough - there was nothing left. Luca, thank you x 1000000.
Needless to say, we love Greektown grill DDO - the food is incredible, fresh, tasty, & always hits the mark - but most importantly; we are always treated with kindness, cared for, & we leave feeling like we just dined with family - because of Luca & the team.
We will continue to visit this establishment for years to come.
My recent visit to Greektown Grill was an excellent experience overall. The food was flavorful, well-executed, & truly satisfying-everything you'd expect from quality Greek cuisine.
Portion sizes were notably generous, leaving us with plenty to take home, which adds great value to the experience.
Service was slightly slower than usual, likely due to the Greek Easter rush & a full house, but the staff remained professional & attentive throughout.
A strong & reliable spot for authentic Greek food. I'll definitely be returning.

We had such a good experience & I went with my brother ( Regina) & daughter for my birthday. Food & services were excellent & they were very attentive!
We ordered in last night, & the food was phenomenal! Finally, there is an amazing Greek restaurant on the West Island.
Update.
We ordered last night again & wow!!! When our food arrived i was in shock. The Greek fries were tasty, but there were maybe 10 fries, only 1/2 a cup of rice & as for the Souvlaki it was fantastic as usual!
Too bad, I had great faith in the quality & service here, unfortunately once the initial opening has passed, like all other restaurants it's gone down hill.
So we ordered tonight & unfortunately we were sadly disappointed. The quality has gone down hill. I ordered a Pita & it was dull, tasteless & looked empty. Last time I ordered.
Service & food was excellent. Very attentive & down to earth staff made you felt right at home & went above & beyond in making sure you had the best experience. Will defintely go back. Made for a very enjoyable evening.
The food is absolutely delicious, it is the best Greek food in the West Island!
