Gon Bui est un nouveau resto-bar chinois inspiré des temples perdus en Chine. Gon Bui signifie « Cheers » en cantonais. Nous créons nos propres plats de tapas néo-asiatiques, inspirés de la tradition avec une touche ludique.
Gon Bui Restaurant Bar se présente comme un lieu élégant et vivant où l'ambiance chaleureuse, la décoration marquante et l'atmosphère animée en font un endroit idéal pour les cocktails entre amis, le brunch ou une soirée. It was my first time having brunch here & i can't really explain how amazing the food was. i'm definitely coming back & try the whole menu! service was great too, but i think is crazy to ask 22% for tips, & it's supposed to be voluntary & technically you can change because you're offered that option, but the waiter didn't like it very much when i changed the amount of the tip.

Ive been here 3 times now, & its amazing each time.
The prices are great, the food is phenomenal flavour & quality, the atmosphere is great, the service is great. This is honestly one of my favourite places in laval to get drinks & dinner with friends.
Perfect for a date night or girls night out.
It was my first time at their brunch & i will definitely be back to try more on the menu!! Cant recommend enough
Le brunch était excellent ! Vraiment original avec la touche asiatique dans les plats de brunch classique. Le service & le lieu était également bien. Je vais définitivement revenir pour tester le menu du soir.
It was an Experience!!!! Aesthetically, the location is stunning the Lai see tree at the entrance, the bar, even the Bathroom was gorgeous although it was a bit too dark in there... But Gorgeoussss!! Service was good, they were nice. The food was good, well seasoned, generous portions for a tapas concept! We took 5 plates & it was almost too much food did not have space in my belly to try the desserts. The cocktails Beautiful!!!!

We have already been here for dinner when it opened & loved it. Today we came to try out the brunch...everything was delicious & it was a different brunch experience compared to the regular places!! Strongly recommend!
Je suis allée 2 fois pour le brunch & c'était excellent. C'était le même serveur à chaque fois & il était extrêmement gentil, serviable & professionnel. Une vrai perle comme personne. Ça a vraiment rendue toute l'expérience exceptionnelle. Bravo!

Been to brunch a few times in the past few years & enjoyed it very much. The diner experience was not comparable. Expensive, way too simple dishes, such a disconnect from their brunch menu.
Went for brunch. The food was outstanding, very tasty & unique. Had the wonton soup, fried beef dumbling, croquette & general tao waffle. All very good. Drinks are amazing, had the amaretto sour, spicy margarita, cappuccino & the rice lager, once again, delicious. Had a great experience. Highly recommended

We originally booked for 32 people, but way more ended up showing up (oops 😅). Despite the unexpected crowd, the staff handled everything like pros - super friendly, organized, & made sure everyone was taken care of.
The food was SO good!!!! fresh, flavorful, & came out surprisingly fast for such a big group. Everyone left full & happy. Huge thanks to the team for being so accommodating & making it all run smoothly. Highly recommend for any kind of group get-together or even just a chill brunch. We'll definitely be back!
