There was only one staff member when I went & the gentleman was very nice & professional at his job. My teens had the bubble waffles with ice cream on it. One had Skor's as a topping on the waffle & the other Kit-Kat. I had a hot chocolate, I don't remember by which chocolate I let myself get tempted... could've been smores or something else I took but trust me whatever I had them put in that hot chocolate was to dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee for !!!! Topped with whip cream on top of it & more of the toppings I had chosen were on top of the whip cream. My kids both had the boba's because they're so darn cute they come in a light bulb (that has different light settings on it & you get to keep them as well). They loved the drink however my daughter liked the boba a bit less but did have most of them from her drink because she likes the popping boba's better. Very Instagram worthy picture but, I was too much in a hurry to drink my hot chocolate to remember about taking a picture & the only pictures I do have are of the bubble waffles but my teens are in the pics & I'm not into posting their pictures up for everyone to see. My daughter & son both agreed best waffles ever & the toppings just took it the extra mile along with the ice cream. You for sure have to come & try it out with your kids or with someone you know who has a sweet tooth. Food: excellent, drinks: excellent, cleanliness: excellent, service: excellent. We will def be going back there for our next sweet tooth craving. By the way, there's a lot of parking as well because they're located in one of the Vaudreuil malls.
The ice cream is delicious & the variety is good. The price is not cheap & it is ordinary, but you are really eating ice cream, not frozen milk. The staff is very kind & friendly. I highly recommend this place. The interior & decoration are very interesting. They took pictures
