Nous sommes allés souper un soir de semaine, pas beaucoup de clients & pourtant le service était tres lent. Nous n'avons pas reçu la moitié de ce que nous avons commandé. La nourriture n'était pas bonne & ne semblait pas fraîche. Pour le prix je ne recommande pas du tout.

Nous sommes allés chez Sushi Hinata à trois reprises & chaque visite a été excellente. Le personnel est toujours très accueillant & souriant. Le service est rapide. Les plats sont toujours délicieux & bien préparés. C'est un endroit où mon copain & moi aimons revenir souvent!

I've been to this restaurant at least 50 times since it opened. It's all you can eat so you cannot expect the best sushi you've ever had & that's ok. I went yesterday for lunch & the nigiri & Gunkan were 95% rice. This is a huge disrespect towards your client & towards the culture you are trying to pass on. I'll be coming back & if I observe the same behavior, it will be my last time coming. I will update this review depending on the circumstances.

Je ne comprends pas les avis positifs sur ce restaurant. En voyant le quatre étoiles, j'ai décidé d'y aller, car selon moi quatre étoiles, c'est très bon. Déception totale! Ce n'est pas dégueux, mais ce n'est pas bon, si vous voyez ce que je veux dire. Je suis pour le dîner, & assurément, je ne vais jamais y retourner. Je ne vous le conseille pas du tout.

BYOB all you can eat sushi restaurant, it's already hard to find one in MTL. The food is overall good & beyond the average. Price is reasonable. Must try beef/salmon Takaki & Hinata roll.
