service déplorable.. Nous avions terminé nos entrées quand les cocktails ont été servis...aucun mot d'excuse. Carte des desserts jetée sur la table sans un mot, eau non servie, la serveuse de ce soir s'épanouirait mieux en changeant de boulot. Dommage...

The pizzas are delicious & creative. The staff is friendly & welcoming. The ambiance is retro but also kinda eclectic. Overall it's fun to look at.

Food was delicious. We had a reservation at 9pm & they accommodated us even though we were there 30 mins earlier & it was busy. Service was quick & efficient. Ambiance is nice as well. Absolutely loved our experience. Definitely will be back.

Food & service were pretty good, the host was in a rush to get us out of the door the moment we put down our forks. He instantly came by to ask if we wanted desserts or to pay the bill. Since the food was delivered fast, I'd say the whole sitting down experience was around 30 minutes or so. Ended up paying 80$+ for a rushed experience on a Saturday night. I love their pizza, but didn't enjoy the dine-in experience at all. Was my second time going there, not going back again. If I wanted an express eating experience, I'd get takeout. Ps: Half the tables were empty during our time there, so no particular rush hour at the dining area.

Excellente soirée au Fugazzi. Le seul désagrément: un client qui s'était aspergé de parfum & qui a précipité la fin de notre repas. J'y retournerai assurément.

C'était la première fois que nos pizzas n'étaient pas à la hauteur de nos autres visites ::sèches & brûlées .le service hyper sympathique & très bon vin au verre .

Hi - I'm a huge fan of your restaurant & have been a customer for quite some time. I had a friend visit from out of town & I really wanted him to try your food at your location on Pointe St Charles. We ordered the pâtes fraîche dans la meule de Grana Padano & the pasta was, unfortunately, stone cold & really not that great (which is unfortunate as I've had it a few times before & absolutely loved it!).

I still really love the food you guys make & will be back, but just wanted to share my slight disappointment in my meal in the hope that you're perhaps able to resolve the issue so as not to disappoint future customers!
