Great dining experience at Fugazzi! This is easily one of our favourite restaurants: food is always fresh & delicious; the service is always warm & attentive; & the atmosphere & decor is unique & fun. Quality / price ratio is excellent & hard to beat. We had a birthday dinner & the staff remembered to wish me a happy birthday & make us feel at home. The pizza is great ( my favourite is the Cala-bees) & the Cacio e pepe is a must (& they prepare it at your table!). Also worth trying are the arancini, boulettes de viande (meatballs) & the Fugazzi home made beer! Thanks for a wonderful dinner! We look forward to returning soon! Merci
Neighborhood restaurant with excellent fresh Italian food. We both enjoyed the freshly made gnocchi & the excellent tiramisu for dessert. If you're a cheese lover, Fugazzi also serves dishes made with fresh Parmesan right at your table.

This was my first time at this restaurant & it definitely will not be my last. We received such a friendly greeting as we entered the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, probably the BEST pizza I have ever eaten. I could not believe how fresh the sauce was. Most restaurants just dab some sort of red pasty so-called sauce on their pizzas but here, not only was the sauce fresh & tasty, the portion on the pizza was very generous.
The wait staff are so pleasant.
Then there is the decor. Gluing bowls, dishes, cups & saucers upside down on the ceiling is pure genius. Everywhere one looks there is something eclectic to see.
As soon as I came home, I texted friends about this fabulous restaurant, Cannot wait to go back.
Came here for my birthday dinner & it was a great time! It's a cozy spot, unique decor with all the plates drilled to the ceiling, & the food, the fooood!! Tasty, delicious, fresh. We took the 35$ discovery menu which was 100% worth it. The mocktails are really good too! We hd a reservation so we didn't wait at all for a table & the service was quick.
Wow! This place definitely surpassed all my expectations! The staff all around was very pleasant, courteous & knowledgable. Food was great; simple & fresh! Inside was busy & a little loud nothing'bad' but we elected to sit outside & had a great time.

Not sure what happened tonight, but the service was abysmal.
The bartender was great, but the wait staff seemed to be preoccupied with doing shots & socializing instead of serving customers.
I watched as 5-6 fresh pizzas were all lined up on the counter ready to serve & they sat for over 10 minutes before anyone noticed.
& then the cook had to be reminded that there were additional orders to be made.
& it wasn't even very busy.
Ive been when the place is packed & the service was great & fast, so I dont understand why it was bad tonight.
Ended up leaving before we got our pizza because frustrating.
Loved my experience at Fugazzi. My friend & I visited Saturday night aiming to be there for the 5-7pm $20 per person deal. We arrived just before 7 but ended up ordering from the $30 per person menu they have (separate from regular menu). This is a GREAT deal- it includes 1 starter (choice of 2), 1 entree (some pastas or the choice of any pizza) & 1 dessert (choice of 2)- we just ended up sharing everything. The service was a little bit slow even being sat at the bar, but the food was to die for on every level. Everything was very fresh & it was easy to tell the quality of ingredients being used. The brussels sprouts caesar salad was killer. My only comment is that the washrooms are snug up by the kitchen so it was a bit tight to get to them, or having to stand a bit further back by some tables if they're occupied can be a bit awkward, but we will definitely be back again!
We arrived into Montreal via train late & on the train i read an article on Cultmtl with the 5 best pizzerias in Montréal according to the people. I am a smug pizza brat from upstate NY but who am I to argue with the people. To lazy to go out we ordered 3 pies via Uber Eats (they all arrived cold stupid food service delivery) to out hotel. Regardless even cold these pizza's were exceptional. The MARGHERITA pizza was good, the Say Cheese was very good & the Mush Pit is in the top 10 pizza's i've had all time. My wife a little lady killed like 8 slices tonight. She loved it . If we lived here I'd have to try this stuff fresh & hot. Great stuff
Such amazing fresh pizzas. We were seated in front of the kitchen & it was so cool to see them make the pizzas in front of us. Was a great experience in addition to the meal

Really enjoyed sitting by the kitchen, observing the magic happen in that wood oven. All entrees are delicious! Their fresh pastas dishes are amazing!!!
(French below) One of the best meals I've had! Got the 3 course meal for $19.95 & i paid $3 extra for wutang killa bees pizza. The hot honey in this was so good & went so well with the saltiness of the calabrese! The salad was fresh & light & the cannoli was perfectly crispy & not too sweet. The cocktail was realllllly good! Enjoyed the music & ambience. Service was good & servers were very kind. Loved it & highly recommend!!! -- L'un des meilleurs repas que j'ai eu ! J'ai pris le repas de 3 plats pour 19,95 $ & j'ai payé 3 $ de plus pour la pizza Wutang Killa Bees. Le miel chaud était si bon & se mariait si bien avec le goût salé du calabrese ! La salade était fraîche & légère & le cannoli était parfaitement croustillant & pas trop sucré. J'ai adoré & je le recommande vivement !!!
Excellent food!! Had the truffle pasta in parm wheel, could tell it was homemade pasta cooked PERFECTLY al dente - & I'm a pasta snob. Some of the best Italian food I've had outside of Italy. The truffle pasta in parmesan wheel - it's a must have every time you come. It's not a gimmick, it actually tastes amazing. Sooo tasty, first they light a ladle full of cognac then add it to the parm wheel, then scrape it up & mix in your truffle pasta. They top which a generous amount of shaved truffle - for $35 they had more truffle than a different Italian restaurant truffle dish I got for $90. & you can really taste the truffle. Next their pizzas are absolutely delicious. I got the vegan calabrese & it's yummy. Being a vegetarian (not vegan), I asked for the calabrese pizza but with vegan calabrese swapped in. Instead of swapping it the waiter added veg calabrese & honey to the Inglewood pizza. This was not what I ordered - the Inglewood had added basil, & most importantly it had fresh mozzarella (fior di latte) instead of pizza mozzarella. I like the whole pizza to be covered in cheese so for that you need the pizza mozzarella. It was still delicious. The next time I ordered lady Gaga (vegan pizza) with added real mozzarella & it was perfect (I don't mind vegan cheese - it was actually yummy mixed with real cheese). Their tiramisu is absolutely delicious- worth saving room for. I wish I could go every weekend & I would if it wasn't so hard to get a booking!
The pizza & the pasta were surprisingly soooo good! The pasta is not fresh pasta but it was delicious! We got the most famous pizza with pepperoni & honey & it was so good we decided to order a second one. They were very attentive with allergies & made sure everything was safe for us to eat! The atmosphere was great, very cute vibes & great for a date night or dinner with friends!

We visited Fugazzi during Mtl à la table. The food was pretty good, good amount of food for the price of the three service. We enjoyed the flavour of the meatballs, the cheese sticks could have been a bit hotter so that they could be a bit more melty inside. We had the pasta made in the cheese wheel which was good. The pizza was good but I feel could have been good with a fresh ingredient to give a pop of flavour. & for the restaurant, it was a nice vibe but the tables were really close to one another. Hard to squeeze to your seat without knocking something over.
The was my first time visiting & will always be back for more pizza I got the mush pit it was so delicious & fresh. I enjoyed m’y time the service was excellent & the food was amazing. Must check it out get the ranch & garlic bread
