The service was great, the waiter Swam was amazing, very caring & professional. She accompanied us during the lunch solving our problem with the hotpot & sometimes cooking for us. I recommend it.View more

Amazing place, food & service!! Joy, our waitress, was at our service from moment we arrived & was the nicest & most helpful person! Everything was top notch & we experienced the mask change ceremony (7pm every day) & ordered their signature noodle which includes a dance. Don't forget to look up the secret codes & tell your waiter for some extra fun!!View more

incomparable to the Toronto locations. No ice creams cups offered :(View more
& we came here only because there were a lot of advertisements on Instagram, which I can say is a very cool place, they have many floors, many halls, the staff can immediately see that they care about you, try to please, explain how the system works, it's quite progressive for me. There are quite a few such establishments in Montreal , because, well, there are a lot of interesting things, for example, you choose your own food on the tablet, you choose your own sauces at the buffet table, & tables with organizers right inside. The soups are very tasty, & the meat is the same everywhere, but the soup itself always plays a big role in the Hot Cauldron. So, yes, the place is worth it, I didn't catch the show, just not a big segment at the next table. 5 out of 5 on all fronts, thank you, continue) I recommend tomato & tom yam, you'll figure it out 🫰🏼☺️View more
Great deal with the package for two! Only half price of the last time I paid, & we were pretty full. Tried oat broth & spicy fish broth this time both were delicious!! My memory resurfaced! the same palatable flavour the same excellent service 🥹View more
Great staff. They treat you like the boss, the king, the shah. The food was delicious & the sauce bar was well-worth the 4$ extra. The tables were a bit too small to fit 5 peopleView more
Amazing service & atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place if you are celebrating your birthday with a group friends.View more
It is quite impressive for their passionate service from the very first reception to the end doggy bag packing. Good quality meat & fresh seafood plus variety of tasty hot pot soup base. There is a great "noodle stretching show" coming with the dish order "stretching noodle". Highly recommended for this dish. It is very enjoyable so dont miss or skip it. Left a GOOD tip & will be back again!View more
It's really good but you should take the combo for your worth orelse there won't be much food!!View more
We love the franchise from Asia, so we decided to give it a chance here. We highly recommend reserving your table in advance since the wait time can be 1-2 hours, which is normal & similar to Asia. The service is good, with very professional & fast staff. While the food is on the expensive side, we understand it can't be compared to Asia, but the portion sizes were a bit small for the price point. The quality of the food is good, but it seems to be frozen rather than fresh. It's important to note that this is not an all-you-can-eat hot pot, so you have to order the broth & your dishes separately, & they also charge for the sauce station. Despite this, the noodles dance was a fun experience.View more
Fondue chinoise authentique! Vraiment bon! On se croirait en Chine l'instant d'un repas! À essayer!View more
Good food, service. I had good time with my friends. Thank you to Jay best service!👍🏻View more
The food was overall good. We tried the wagyu beef & it was not as good as we expected, it was actually pretty normal. We mistakenly took a very spicy soup base, so we couldn't enjoy the food that much. The fish, signature mashed shrimpwah & the meat (beef, lamb) were all good. We had their special noodle & the dance/show was fun. Really like the banquet/closet idea to put our belongings. The apron is a plus plus too! The elevator is tiny, but there are stairs. The woman washroom is amazing! They have all the amenities & it is very clean. The service was very good, fast, & friendly.View more
Haidilao is a one-of-a-kind experience for Hot Pot, it truly takes it to a new level. Their welcoming servers are passionate & very caring for your experience & service. The soup is amazing & their ingredients are very fresh! I've been here 4 times in the past month. The ambiance at Haidilao is vibrant & inviting, perfect for gathering with friends or family. One of the things that sets this place apart is their attention to detail; from the intricate tableside noodle-making performances to the thoughtful complimentary snacks while you wait, every aspect of the dining experience is meticulously crafted to delight. Plus, the customizable dipping sauces add an extra layer of fun & personalization to your meal. It's no wonder I keep coming back for more! A true 5-star all-around restaurant!View more
