The newly opened Haidilao is incredibly bright & spacious, & the weekday discounts are fantastic! The self-serve condiment station is well-stocked, & the fruits are super sweet. There are plenty of dishes to choose from, & I was especially impressed by the Fu bag, green pepper beef tongue, & black fish slices. The spicy broth is also very authentic & highly recommended! As always, Haidilao's service is impeccable. Our waitress, Yolanda, in particular, was very enthusiastic & attentive to details. She was proactive in following up on our orders & made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend asking for her service next time you visit!View more

Fondue Haidilao is a hot pot restaurant that is completely unrivaled! As soon as you walk into the building, the waiters will warmly welcome you & offer their services. The room is very clean & organized. In addition, the restaurant uses quality ingredients for their hot pot & provides a huge sauce bar with side dishes. They even clean up your table as you are eating! Also, they will sing a song & offer you a gift if it is your birthday. We were highly impressed by both the food & the service. Food was nice, restaurant was clean, & the wait staff was very attentive to our needs (ensured the table was clean, & personal belonging are well kept). The only down side is if you choose not to sign up for the membership (by providing your email & phone number), then they may ask you repeatedly to sign up. I think we had over 4 different ppl ask us throughout the meal. A bit unnecessary & can across as pushy. Otherwise the food (especially the tomato flavoured stock) is top notch.View more
