had an amazing dinner at Haidilao this past Sunday night with some friends, & I can't recommend it enough. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. We were lucky to have Ghali as our server, & he truly made the experience exceptional.
Ghali was incredibly helpful, attentive, & kind he gave us great recommendations (everything he suggested was absolutely delicious), made sure we had everything we needed at all times, & even informed us about the available discounts. He answered all our questions with a smile & made us feel genuinely welcomed & cared for throughout the meal.
As for the food absolutely delicious, Fresh ingredients, rich flavors, & so many options to choose from & the sauce bar a huge necesity to anyone planning a visiste there.
A big thank you to the team for such a wonderful evening. I'll definitely be coming back soon.View more

I've been coming here forever. The place has the best service I've gotten to experience here, Handa the goat served us. Late nights here are amazing & the food is insanely tasty. Fondue Haidilao in Montreal is absolutely amazing! The flavors are authentic & truly remind me of the taste of my hometown. The hotpot broth is rich & flavorful, the ingredients are fresh, & the service is exceptional. The only downside is that the restaurant is a bit narrow, but it doesn't take away from the overall experience. Highly recommend it for anyone craving authentic hotpot!View more

The newly opened Haidilao is incredibly bright & spacious, & the weekday discounts are fantastic! The self-serve condiment station is well-stocked, & the fruits are super sweet. There are plenty of dishes to choose from, & I was especially impressed by the Fu bag, green pepper beef tongue, & black fish slices. The spicy broth is also very authentic & highly recommended! As always, Haidilao's service is impeccable. Our waitress, Yolanda, in particular, was very enthusiastic & attentive to details. We came for lunch during F1 weekend as a group of 8. We spent around $40-50 per person. Definitely order the noodle dance once, it's the highlight! Our waitress Swan went above & beyond! She patiently explained the sauce bar, menu, helped top up & clear the foam from the broth, control the heat, & ran down to the 1st floor for ice cream to bring up to the 3rd floor. & we came here only because there were a lot of advertisements on Instagram, which I can say is a very cool place, they have many floors, many halls, the staff can immediately see that they care about you, try to please, explain how the system works, it's quite progressive for me. There are quite a few such establishments in Montreal , because, well, there are a lot of interesting things, for example, you choose your own food on the tablet, you choose your own sauces at the buffet table, & tables with organizers right inside. The soups are very tasty, & the meat is the same everywhere, but the soup itself always plays a big role in the Hot Cauldron. We love the franchise from Asia, so we decided to give it a chance here. We highly recommend reserving your table in advance since the wait time can be 1-2 hours, which is normal & similar to Asia. The service is good, with very professional & fast staff. While the food is on the expensive side, we understand it can't be compared to Asia, but the portion sizes were a bit small for the price point. The quality of the food is good, but it seems to be frozen rather than fresh. It's important to note that this is not an all-you-can-eat hot pot, so you have to order the broth & your dishes separately, & they also charge for the sauce station. I went to Haidilao for me & my girlfriend birthday, we were a group of 8. I enjoy eating hot pot but im not necessarily the biggest fan either. I went there with the expectation to have a decent souper with friends but it well exceed it. The food itself was good but what differentiate it to other restaurant is the service. The chef that makes the hand pulled noodle does a very good job to entertain the table while also making the noodles. The waitress was very nice & helpful. Would highly recommend going just for the amazing service but also dont forget to say the secret phrase.View more
