The food quality was great! Try any of their beef.. you will not be disappointed. The soup bases were all so delicious! It was my first hot pot experience in a restaurant & Gabe our server made it such a memorable & positive experience. He was so helpful with suggestions & so warm, approachable & attentive! I will 110% be coming back to Haidilao & asking to be seated in Gabe's section.View more

I give 4 stars because there is one minus point you have to pay $4 for dipping sauce while all other hot pot restaurants do not charge for dipping sauce. The rest is all very good, the food is fresh & delicious. Service staff very friendly & very fastView more

This is not just a restaurant, it's a whole experience! First time in a hot pot restaurant, was very well guided by our server. The food is amazing, the service impeccable from the waiting area to the exit, & what an entertainment with the noodle & birthday show! Very good hot pot--fresh, tasty food, fun performances, & outstanding care from our wonderful server, Gabe. They were the highlight & a whole vibe, & took excellent care of us all afternoon. ♥️♥️♥️ It's also nice to have snacks while you wait for your table, since there are no manicures or massages at this location (yet!!!). 😉View more

Absolutely overrated & the food is OK. Quite on the pricey side but fine. Even if we booked in advance they let us wait 45 minutes before showing us to our table. Definitely better places in town to get hot potView more
