Afficher toutbrunch(86) truffle(82) cocktail(66) recommend(54) spaghetti(54) tartare(47) pasta(42) chicken(34) beef(34) dessert(34) price(33) foie gras(32)The restaurant is quite small, & given it's a favourite brunch spot for many, its queues get ridiculously long on a good day. I recommend arranging your morning around it. The food itself is pricey, but delicious. The eggs Benedict & smoked salmon are excellent, as is the spaghetti. The atmosphere is good, not great, because of how cramped it feels unfortunately.

Bavette excellente mais présentation vraiment boring. Frites parmesan : pas bon. Hamburger vraiment pas bon. Spaghetti très bon.
The restaurant is smaller than I expected but has a great ambiance, the bar is pretty. If you're two people, anticipate being quite close to the tables next to you. The cocktails & service were excellent! Unfortunately, after reading all the good reviews about the spaghetti, I was very disappointed by it: although the truffle flavour was there, it seriously lacked salt (& I'm someone who doesn't eat salty foods much). The gnocchi was good & the duck was tender, but again, it lacked salt for my taste...Portions are also quite small, so if you don't want to order entrées, don't come here hungry!

The food was decent! I felt the vol au vent wasnt as flavourful as it could have been & for $29, I was expecting something a bit more than what it was.
The spaghetti was the star of the night. 10/10.
Our server forgot about our drinks & we had to wait over 1hr, after ordering, for our main meals which was stressful for a 2hr reservation block.
Overall would come back, but not for dinner. Brunch is where it's at!

We visited foiegwa for our anniversary & I'm glad we came. The food, ambiance, & service were really top notch.
We were served a glass of Cava as a gift which was really nice from the team.
We wanted to go to foiegwa because we wanted dishes with truffle, & we definitely got our fix! Probably the best burger we've ever had, & the spaghetti was 10/10. Was very sad we didn't have room for dessert!
The spaghetti…I could cry. It’s so good. Great service, lovely cozy vibe, delicious food

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Foiegwa! We did it all! Specialty cocktails, starters (oysters), mains & desserts. The spaghetti was very good, the vol-au-vent was delicious & the duck breast was very good. Service was pleasant & impeccable. We had two chocolate mousse … & the almond cookies were yummy! Could not love it more!
The food here was amazing! We ordered the BBQ frog legs, chicken liver mousse, escargot, & Caesar salad for appetizers to share & they were all super tasty. The frog legs tasted exactly like fried chicken. For mains we ordered the truffle spaghetti, truffle Parmesan beef tartare, & the duck gnocchi & they were so good! The truffle spaghetti was my favourite & it was super rich & full of flavour. The staff were all super friendly & it was nicely decorated.
Both of two dishes are amazing, which are beyond my expectation. The chicken liver is covered by some jam, therefore its offensive smell is readily covered. What a clever chef:) The spaghetti is creamy & milky. But the place is smaller than I thought.

Always excellent service & top-notch food. I visit every time I'm in Montreal for the to-die-for truffle spaghetti! If you've never had it - run - don't walk. Also super tasty & beautifully presented cocktails.

We loved our time at Foiegwa. The burrata was exquisite, & the burger is always a comforting choice. The parmesan & truffle fries is way better than a poutine. My girlfriend had the spaghetti, which I regret not choosing, because it was excellent. The service was also very good.

We always visit Foiegwa when we're in Montreal. Tiny space, but comfortable. Perfect for a casual date night. Love the spaghetti, so rich & delicious. Portion size could be slightly larger though. Also had the tartare which was excellent. Cocktails were wonderful. We had room for dessert & tried the chocolate mousse for the first time & it ended up being the star of the whole meal! I'm still thinking about it. Perfect balance of sweet & bitter chocolate flavour, & so light & creamy. We shared one, but next time I'm getting my own!

Excellent restaurant. Bon service. Les plats sont excellent. Spaghetti maison de même que les gnocchi.

I haved dined at Foiegwas several times on my visits from NYC. I have recommended it to several friends traveling to Montreal. I dined there last night & it will be my last visit. We were seated very graciously by our waiter & given our menues etc. After a short wait, I ordered a cocktail & gave our dinner orders. All perfect. After 5 minutes my delicious cocktail was served & within 1 minute my order of velouté was brought to the table as well. I was not prepared to eat it immediately & was looking forward to enjoying my drink. The waiter came by & I asked ( politely) if he could take the velouté back to the kitchen to keep it warm while I drank my drink. He said he could but 1) it could not simply be kept warm & would have be thrown out & a new one made & 2) I should have informed him that I did not want them served together. I am not one to waste food so I did not send it back. First of all, how could I know they would be served together? Is it not customary to bring a cocktail first & let the guest have five or ten minutes to enjoy it? & why would the waiter want to make me feel badly or guilty about returning it to the kitchen? He could have simply taken it back without question & returned it to me after my drink, without the unprofessional explanation given. The rest of the meal was ok, not great. My spaghetti was not hot but luke warm. The bathrooms were quite messy (& it was early in the night). Napkins on the floor, trash overflowing. I ask if this is what is viewable to the public, is the kitchen in the same state? With regret, I will not be returning or recommending Foiegwas in the future.
