Afficher toutbrunch(90) truffle(83) cocktail(69) recommend(57) spaghetti(54) tartare(50) pasta(43) beef(36) drink(35) dessert(35) chicken(35) foie gras(33)The truffle spaghetti was good, but the portion was pretty small, especially for the price. They don't have foie gras anymore, & I mainly came for that. I get the animal rights thing, but I mean, your restaurant is named after it? Maybe rename? Lastly they asked me if I wanted water or sparlking, & didn't tell me that sparkling water would cost $6.5. That came as a surprise on the bill. Overall I guess it's still good food, but slightly disappointing in the service
The service was impeccable & the vibe was great, but the food was not that good, especially considering the price. For 100$ a person, I expected a lot better.

I am a loyal "brunch" customer on Saturdays/Sundays. I wanted to experiment with time required for a meal in the evening, as I usually eat out on Wednesday before attending choir rehearsal, which begins at 7:30. It will not be possible to fit a visit in then. I should also say that (& I don't believe this is unusual or unjustified) a meal in the evening costs about double what a brunch costs, &, for me, that is a bit pricey (unless I were there for a special occasion). Part of the greater price is a result of the fact that main dishes do not come with sides; one needs to order these separately. Perhaps a small quantity of carbohydrate could be offered, instead of having to order à-la-carte. I'm diabetic, & this is important for me.
Nevertheless, the food was very good, & there were several dishes on the menu that I would like to try at some point. When I come to the restaurant on my own, I sit at the bar, & usually read; I was worried that evening lighting would not be adequate, but happily found that this was not so, though it was still atmospheric & not intensely bright so as to offend your clientèle.
I don't believe I will become a regular evening customer, the way I am for brunch. But I will be back—& now have to visit your speakeasy!

We used to come here often & we returned for a birthday celebration. Sadly, it's obvious the portions have been reduced by 50% & the prices have almost doubled. Our waiter is really lovely & has served us multiple times. But the printer wasn't working for our orders & we waited an extra 30 minutes. It's too bad bc we used to really live the place. I hope things improve.
Always an excellent brunch option! This is my third time & the food is always excellent. I tried their Croque Mamie with duck & it was delicious with the small taste of truffle. Service was great & we sat in a corner next to the window which is better than the tables in the middle that I find less convivial. We were sitting there last time. Just know that brunch has gotten expensive in Montréal & the price point does reflect that at Foiegwa. But still a must try brunch in the city!

The food quality was really lacking for the price paid - the French onion soup was poorly seasoned & had bad tasting cheese, the Cesar used meat that we could tell was previously frozen, & the pate was just bad. The cocktails were good, though

I have come to thos place for some time & this las time I was really disappointed with the quality of the food.
The tartare was 1/3 smaller than before & you could barely taste the truffle. As well, now it is paired with some Baggett such a downgrade from the waffle chips.
As for the spaghetti, again, you couldn't taste the truffle... it was just an ordinary alfledo sauce from the supermarket.
The service & the personnel were fantastic!
Quite disappointed to be honest with the quality of the food ... & prices are higher.
I was rather shocked,I was in the area ,& hungry ,So I said Let's go to la Belle Province..... Well What a great surprise when we entered New Year's Day ..... What a treat ....My ,mom ,sister , granddaughter & I had a delicious supper at a reasonable price..Great portions.....I am small so my granddaughter & I shared ....& I never seen her clear her plate in 5 years ....... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!🙂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The restaurant is quite small, & given it's a favourite brunch spot for many, its queues get ridiculously long on a good day. I recommend arranging your morning around it. The food itself is pricey, but delicious. The eggs Benedict & smoked salmon are excellent, as is the spaghetti. The atmosphere is good, not great, because of how cramped it feels unfortunately.

Great food, nice ambiance, friendly service & reasonable price. Will definitely be back

Went for thanksgiving dinner & did not regret it one bit. The price suits the food & service if not is a bargain for this quality!! Dare I say the dinner I had was as satisfying as much more expensive restaurants in the area. Loooove this place & will be back for more!
The service was good, they were very friendly & were smooth on delivering their service. The food was average, considering the price. I had the chicken & waffles, & ended up slightly dissatisfied as the sauce they added to it was too sweet & should have been put on the side instead of drenching the waffles. The atmosphere was way too loud & I couldn't hear my own thoughts.

Great food, & the servers were kind & attentive. I wish the portions were slightly bigger (value for price), but overall, excellent experience.
